I've come here plenty of times for prescriptions, over-the-counter medicine, and document printing. The pharmacy staff have provided excellent customer service every single visit, and since this location isn't far from my place, it's become my go-to for picking up medications. My only real complaint is the area it's located in. It feels a bit sketchy, and I've encountered disruptive people inside the store more than once, which makes me uneasy when I have my child with me. Came in around 11:50am on 9/6/2025 cashier was helping this difficult customer that was returning stuff and wanting refunds for coupons they took over 5 min and was still going. I asked the cashier if there was someone else that can help us she said no but she could call someone she called another cashier to the front which she was just standing in the photo area not doing anything she comes over and the cashier tells her to help us and she says she'll be back that she has to do something in the back and walks away! This little girl, the green haired troll employee you have was a weirdo the entire time we were in the store and made my mom and I very uncomfortable. She made it so obvious she was stalking us thinking we were gonna steal, I was in the valentines aisle looking at things she came running pretending to do something on the Christmas clearance side there, we walked to another aisle to grab some Gatorade and tissues and came back to the valentines aisle to look at the cute things one time and low and behold there she was she quickly came running as if we could not be left alone in that aisle and immediately jumped at the Christmas clearance section to where we couldn't even look at anything because she blocked it pretending to do diddly squat there. Unfortunately she's the one who rang us up as well and she was rude. This is the second time I've had an employee stalk me here, the first time was a couple years ago - I came in to get some Stella for a gift and was looking through aisles, as soon as I walked in a short guy with glasses started following me literally right under my armpit that's how close he was and I tested this walking through different aisles, he was right there every time until I aggressively turned around and glared at him. That's when he ran off. If this is a tactic that is used to prevent theft, you need to go back to the drawing board - this is very aggressive and runs paying customers out of your store. Teach your employees that a mother and daughter are the incorrect targets and ppl wearing hoodies doesn't make them thieves - ppl who bring their dogs in their carriers with them are not targets either. read more

The customer service at the pharmacy, particularly a chick named Julie is terrible. She refused to call on a new medical insurance claim, that has the instructions clearly stating that the pharmacy is supposed to call for a member number. After her debating with me, her manager came over and told her that she was supposed to call and she said she'll get around to it later. Her attitude is nasty and condescending!If they weren't the only pharmacy who has this in stock, I would take my business elsewhere. Also, my wife needs it because she's in a lot of pain right now. Just because an employee was being so disrespectful to my mother just because she was using coupons cause obviously this store offers coupons for everyone who wants to save some money and get good deal. Disrespectful pharmacy cashier. Went in to get my insulin needles because my Doctors offices were closed. This lady assumed they were for something else by the disrespectful and demeaning answers to my questions. It's hard enough to deal with this disease while managing a construction firm. On 8-27-21 I had an appointment to have a Covid test done at 37160 47th street East Palmdale,ca @11:45 am The day before I made a ride with access paratransit which is a service for people with disabilities young and old alike as we get the drive thru the driver notices that the vehicle was to large to go through he informed me that I would have to get off the bus and go inside and let them know that the bus was to large Julie informed me that I needed to be in a vehicle to get tested again i stressed that I don't drive and disabled or not I don't have access to a car she said it has to be done at the window so I made it to the window safety I might add she still wouldn't administer my test and she laughed in my face so as I leave the window I see another access bus it so happens to be my vehicle to take me back home I noticed his bus looked a little smaller and asked if he could drive me to the window he calls it in they tell him he's not allowed so then I said ok just take me home he say's to me that his supervisor told him he has to put gloves on and I have to sit all the way in the back of the bus like I have the plague I felt so disrespected because he and I had been talking Prior to this but all because I wanted to have a test done for my safety I get treated this way I would like to know how is person in my situation suppose to go have a test done when I don't drive I don't have a car and don't have access to one at my leisure I've been independent all of my life and how is that not one able bodied person thought to make Accommodations for people such as myself I'm so hurt not just for myself but for all of us that have been mistreated and will continue to be if we don't take a stand for it only what's right but fair read more

Really like this store. I always get my photos done here (including passport pics) it is quick with no line. They have a great rewards points system and if you combine that with sales and online coupons, super easy to save money. Never buy anything full price, they have great clearance, sales and 2 for 1 vitamin deals. Their seasonal clearance is fantastic for stocking a gift closet! They also have some really great clothing deals, weird I know! (ex. heavy men's long sleeve t-shirts $5, really nice caftans $15, fleece lined leggings 2 for $10 and the cutest grey suede fleece lined slippers $10). The also have a pharmacy on site (never used that) and a Redbox. Lots of parking! read more

Very terrible service by pharmacy techs/cashiers in the pharmacy department . They are rude, disrespectful, poor customer service skills. Avoid this place and save yourself a trip, rite aid down the street has a drive thru as well. Had 3 different encounters with them and their rude poor customer service skills. After my third visit I'm done and going elsewhere. Today, I went through the drive-thru and there was one person ahead of me. All I know he was upset with the tech helping him and left upset after given his meds. When it was my turn, I pull up waiting to be greeted and asked if I was there for pick up or drop off, instead I get a nasty tone from the tech, got spoken to rudely and dealt with her attitude. I'm assuming the person ahead of me got her upset and I got to deal with her unprofessional attitude, which was very wrong on her end and Walgreens for allowing people like this work for their company. A visit prior to this I got attitude from another pharmacy tech because they were backed up on orders, not my fault and I was very patient with them nor did I give them disrespectful attitude for them to treat me that way. My go to store instead of Wal Mart! Prices are a little high, but the convenience of easy check out is great. It's never packed, on the rare occasion there's a line, they'll call another cashier and speed you through. They seem to be understaffed since someone always needs to be called to a certain department, but the store is always clean. I always use their photo center for prints, just order online and pick up within an hour. read more

This is one of the racist corporations in America. Why is it when I take my prescription in for pain meds I'm looked upon as a drug addict because I am black do we not experience pain .yesterday I took my pain prescription in after just having four wisdom tooth pulled and was turned away saying they only have enough for their patience mind you this is the closest Walgreen to my house I am a Palmdale resident so wouldn't I be considered as one of their patients to pharmacies don't have assigned clients. I really believe I'm being discriminated against because I am African-American I went to five different pharmacies and was told so many foolish things I had to start laughing. What's really crazy is I finally went to Walmart it was a black pharmacist no questions asked except for the normal questions like insurance card an identification. Pharmacy is slow. Long wait times. Very small baby section. Ignored by staff when I asked about time for prescription.

This walgreens needs major help from the corp office. I have recieved the wrong prescription and wrong doses numerous times. They close for lunch on sundays whenever they want to. Sometimes they will put on the phone message sometimes not so going in on a sunday afternoon is always a gamble. I have sent numerous e mails and phone calls to the main office regarding this and have never been contacted by them. I am more unhappy with the corp office for not contacting me about any of my numerous problems than i am at the store employees. read more

First of all their hours are from 8AM to 10 PM I went there today January 30, 2014 at 9:40PM and they were already closed and not letting anyone in I went to my car, and called to see why the doors were closed already and a recording said they were closed even though yelp was still reporting them as open. I was also there two weeks prior and when I walked in the guy at the cash register was on the phone on a personal phone call and he was having a very belligerent conversation with very sexually explicit words with customers in the store and speaking loudly has he did not care if he was heard. I went there to get passport photos, because they advertise, "Available in minutes"and a coupon for a discount. I get there and they could not find the camera, to take the picture, then they said the battery is dead and they need to recharge it for 30 minutes. No other camera or battery is available.
