You seriously have to watch the prices here. My last 3 visits I was over charged FOR THE SAME ITEM. The first time I figured it's just an honest mistake, then it happened again a week later. I asked the cashier why the problem wasn't corrected and he said he didn't know but he would let management know so they could fix it. A week later it happened again. So for 3 weeks they've been overcharging any customers that bought that product who didn't notice. This is not ok. I don't know if it's a reflection of the management or the employees but someone is not doing their job here. read more

Omg!!!!...beyond frustrated with this store. Had to resign up for club card because of a merger. Store has no internet...which is pretty sad since my tiny Vons store I go to has great internet. Spent an hour trying to resign up for club card to download just for u coupons. Tried to get assistance from a manager at help desk. He was no help. I had to step out to get internet. I told the manager my cart was going to be there a few minutes. Had to call 877 number for help. I finally got my club card straightened out. I went to get my cart of groceries and guess what?...cart with my groceries was already being put back. I wasted so much time here today. I will NOT be back. The morals of the story Albertsons corp: the store of this size should have better internet and secondly, someone on staff should have been able to override the club card issue or assist me with the sign up process. . read more

***This review is for my shopping experience that happened in March 2017.**I went to this store to buy shrimp. The packaged shrimp was out of place. The shrimp that was not on sale was mixed with the one that was on sale. When I got to the check out stand the shrimp rang up 29.99. I told the cashier, Louie H, that the sign said 10.00 off. He told the bragger to go and check and he came back and said 15.98. He overrode the price to 15.99 but then hesitated and called Philippe in the meat department to check the price. He said it wasn't on sale and he told the bagger to get the right bag that was on sale. I told him that all the bags are out of place. He called Phillipe again and told him that I said they were out of place. He spoke in Spanish and I guess he thought I didn't speak Spanish. I asked him what did phillipe said and he saw said they were in the right place. I went back to check the refrigerator where the bags were and phillipe organized the bags. It wasn't like that before. I just can't understand why Louie H. Went far and beyond to make sure I didn't know what I was talking about. I called the store when I got home and asked to speak to the manager. They connected me to Nicholas. He told me to come back to switch the bag, He apologized and told me that Louie is a manager in training. He told that he would let the store manager know what happened. I called the store back and spoke with Jodi Carr. She told me that Louie H. is not a manager in training and is one of her closing managers. She mocked me and asked me if the shrimp was good. That was uncalled for. I would expect better service from a store manager. I haven't returned to that store to shop. It was the worst shopping experience I ever had. read more

The new employees for the Starbucks really need to be taught better on making the drinks. They always come out tasting like pure water.

My favorite place to shop! The staff there is always so helpful and nice! The store is always clean and is fully stocked with my favs!!! I only had one bad experience in 7 which there was a hair on my filet mignon GROSS! But the staff is always so nice I couldn't turn my back on them!!! read more

This is my go-to grocery store for all of my needs. The good thing is that this grocery store is surrounded by other food places along with the bank, Home Depot, and Staples. Also, the staff here is friendly and I have gotten the opportunity to know the checkers on a first name basis now. read more

Terrible service at the deli.. I'll see 4 employees back there talking laughing they look at you and continue to laugh and talk. Only 1 employee helping customers and a line of customers waiting to be helped. I don't know if only 1 is supposed to be helping customers but I always walk out and go get food somewhere else because of this. I haven't had issues with check out and finding products is pretty easy. read more

Literally down the street from me and the parking lot is never too full, excellent people working here, and the quality is great. prices however are obviously more expensive than food4less or any other supermarket lol but thats just how albertsons is. Love this store! Always find everything I need and employees are great! All I have to do is say to my grandkids, "want to go visit Joel?" And they run to the door to leave! Joel is in the deli department and my grandkids LOVE him! He is one of the BIG reasons we shop here! I've tried Ralph's because people tell me how much cheaper it is, BUT I always end up back at Albertsons because Ralph's doesn't have everything!!! This is by far my favorite grocery store. I know the prices are cheaper other places but the quality is just not as good. The produce is always fresh, the store is always spotless. They do have deals at times so I make sure to stock up on them. The only thing I dislike is the self serve registers but that is anywhere I go. The self serve always has glitches and asked for "associate approval" what a hassle. I would rather have a live person ringing me up then a machine talking to me. All the cashiers are friendly here. read more

Hands down the best grocery store I've ever been too. Even my mom who lives in Redondo Beach wishes she had a store as nice and big as this near her house. Went to order my son's birthday cake and it was actually less than what I was expecting to pay. I also got him a cupcake for 69 cents!!! for him to eat on his birthday morning. The lady at the bakery was super nice just like all of the employees. My kids love the "bean" carts and love searching for Albie. It keeps their mind off the temptations that surround them. read more

I love coming to Albertsons to do all my grocery shopping. It's easy to find things and the employees seem really friendly. I must say, I've bought produce where it's sometimes it isn't the freshest. Somethings can be overpriced compared to other places but it doesn't beat the atmosphere and the helpful staff. I even remember a guy named Gen as I was leaving the store was very helpful and very sweet. I happened to changing my child at the parking lot and he offered to take my cart back and made my shopping trip very convenient especially when you have a 2 old baby crying. Thanks! read more

Starbucks employee has taken well over 20 minutes on my plain cold brew . No apologies no explanation

I have shopped at this store for 2 1/2 years. In that time, I have stopped purchasing beef products due to sub quality. I had purchased carne asada that was far too old to eat. Recently burger patties that tasted horrible. produce regularly sits on shelves far longer then it should. Every day they have old coconuts they try to sell for full price. I poured the water of the coconut into a glass and it was brown. Should be nearly clear. Store is shady. Go anywhere else. read more

As often as I can My friend Faye, and I get together and take a walk to Albertson's for our Starbucks Coffee! I love going to this particular Alberstson's because everyone inside is very friendly and always helpful! I like the clean aisles, glass, floors. Easy to navigate around the store. Very well stocked. My 2 Stars is because it's way overpriced, some rude workers BUT the worse part is that they got rid of the self checkout machines. NOW the lines are miserably long, slow checkout and slow customers. Not the best prices for my groceries but conveniently close to my worksite. The pros is they have a Starbucks, a coin star machine, and a redbox machine. The con is the Starbucks is slow and understaffed in the morning. read more

I live in Hawthorne so plenty of other stores to go to I drive further to get their Habanero chicken. Go to the deli counter wait in line when it's my turn I point at the Habanero chicken and say I would like some chicken. The guy starts putting in the plain chicken I say no the Habanero chicken all of a sudden he gets upset for some unknown reason dumps the chicken back in there and angrily puts the Habanero chicken in the container then when I asked for the deal he gets super angry. WTF is wrong with people nowadays. To top it off when I get home to eat the chicken its undercooked can you say Salmonella. I will not be going to Albertsons anymore may even file a lawsuit for the undercook chicken that I ate. read more

Starbucks is located inside. Reminds me of fresh and easy they have all these prepackaged containers with fruit and vegetables, seasoned meats. Deli has a great variety along with fried and broiled chicken. Starting to have a larger organic section, there produce is always fresh and ripe. I love that the store is always clean, bakery always has fresh products. Most of the cashiers know the returning customers especially Tim he's always so happy and polite. read more

I love the layout of this store. It's always very organized and super clean. The only reason for the two missing stars is the terrible meat section. I love seafood and I was looking forward to eating it but the only thing is that I have to know where my food comes from. For the most part, the country where it came from us written on the price tag. However for the few price tags that were lacking this, I had to ask the man behind the counter. He was irritated and responded with an attitude. I felt very uncomfortable and like a burden. The only reason he answered my questions was because he is legally obligated to do this. He was very rude and after I asked a simple question, he would walk away to the back station. I was very unsatisfied with my visit. Other than that the store is wonderful. read more

This review is for the butcher counter: 0 stars!! Had the worst experience. I'm going out of town right before Thanksgiving and needed a 20-LB turkey. I looked and didn't find one. I asked one of the bagger kids and he went to ask the butcher. He comes back and says the butcher lady said they'd be out tomorrow. Tomorrow?! Ok, so I go over to the butcher counter since I also wanted to buy a Prime Rib. I ask her about the turkeys and she says "they're in a pallet in the back". Ok, I ask if she can grab a 20-LB one for me since there aren't any out. She simply says "they'll be out tomorrow" with a stank look on her face. I was there specifically to buy this turkey because this was the only day I would be able to purchase before Thanksgiving. I'm fuming at this point. I proceed to purchase the Prime Rib and asked if they can cut and tie it for me. Again, she looks at me with a stank face and says "i don't know if they'll do it, they're cleaning the back". W. T. F.!! I say "I want to do it. Can you ask?" Looks at me with a stank face AGAIN and rolls her eyes! The guy in the back ends up doing it. Worst experience ever!! Ended up telling the manager but not sure he actually said anything to her. He didn't even bother to offer to get the turkey I needed. No customer service whatsoever!! read more

This place is great. There's a Starbucks and a US Bank inside. Most of the employees are very friendly. There's plenty of registers, including self checkout, so you never have to wait long. You can ring the bell if you appreciate the service you received. They even have customer appreciation days with balloons, activities, and handouts for the kids. read more

I always choose to come here over any other store because the way you feel when you walk in is just welcoming. There's an albertson a on Carson street but that one just has an ugly aura to it.
