Solid Oklahoma style BBQ joint in Tulsa with high quality made from scratch smoked and seasoned brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and bologna. Compliments well with their regular and spicy BBQ sauce. You can choose as many toppings as you want at their self-serve pickle bar, which is a nice perk. The sides are good as well, especially the potato salad. There's plenty of seating inside with multiple TVs, a full bar, and friendly servers. Parking outside is street only, but it is usually still manageable to find a spot even on a busy night or weekend. read more

OMG old school BBQ with some upscale flare! G's Debris is unbelievable! Service is amazing decor is like a dive bar warm and friendly with absolutely the best food service and experience! Stop in and get yourself a drink or two full bar btw, and a great meal! Also lots of TVs for watching sports etc! read more

Delicious BBQ. We made it in time for happy hour and sat in the bar area. We tried the fries and wings. I would highly recommend all three. Their special of the day was a smoked Turkey sandwich on Texas toast with homemade chips. I took that to go for lunch the next day. The service was great and the restaurant was nice but casual. I'd absolutely eat here again. read more

Easily the best BBQ in Tulsa. Service was solid, loved the ambiance as well. 5 stars from us!

Barbecue was nice and tender, and the beans were really good! The staff was very friendly and it's a cool place.

I guess it's a local staple barbecue... we were a huge group of 22 people. Our server was extremely nice but got a bit overwhelmed and dropped a jug of ice cold water. He made it up by getting us a drink on the house. We ordered a whole lot of stuff for Turkey sandwich to ribs ,pulled pork , steak etc. read more

The Mac n cheese is SO good!! All the food was delicious and the service was top notch.

Staying in Tulsa for business, and came across this place! And so glad we did! The place is clean as can be. We were seated immediately in a great little booth. The menu had lots of different bbq choices. We had the chopped brisket and it was amazing! I got the Mac and cheese and the sweet potato waffle fries for my sides, and they were both great. There must have been 8 different sides to choose from, so there is something for everyone!! The food comes very quickly, which was nice. No room for dessert, unfortunately, because I bet they are amazing! Maybe next time. I will definitely be back! read more

Delicious BBQ! You get a lot for your money! We ordered 3 meats which feeds 3-4 people. We could have fed more people! The ribs, brisket and pulled pork were so good! This is a great place for some business lunch or just for fun! It's got great space, not crowded or noisy like the other bbq places around Tulsa. They have a great full bar, dedicated bartender and quick service. I had the three meat combo, Bologna's, sliced brisket and Polish Sausage. It was all great! The brisket was a little dry but still nice. The sauces had three options, hot, mild and Carolina. I actually enjoyed all three. The beer selection was great and again the service was quick! read more

I've visited other locations, but today was my first visit to Albert G's downtown restaurant. I have to say, the vibe and atmosphere here was top notch. Very chill & welcoming, beautiful interior design & friendly service. The food is always warm, fresh, delicious and flavorful. Low carb, keto, sugar free and diabetic friendly. Avoid BBQ sauce, (the food is so flavorful, the sauce really isn't necessary), enjoy the pickle bar, side options like steamed broccoli or a side salad are great! read more

Been coming here for years. It's handy (sitting next to McNellie's which we also love). Recently we discovered that adults can order off the kid's menu which has a smaller, but perfect size for us. Our waitress today was Erika, whom always does a great job and is friendly and efficient. My partner got a Dr. Pepper ($2.50) which was refilled twice, and the Kids Rib Dinner with Cole Slaw for $7. I got a Dead Armadillo Amber ($5) and the Kids Turkey Sandwich (no bread) with French Fries for $7. We hit the pickle bar for som dill spears, bread & butter pickles and onions. It's a beautiful, big place with many large screen TVs and a nice bar area. It's always very clean and I've never had a problem parking on the street pretty much right in front of the door. Parking is free after 5pm and on weekends. I've got the ParkMobile app on my phone and I can quickly park so no kiosk/no ticket. It's only $1 per hour. Do yourself a favor and check it out. read more

Best BBQ !!!! Mac and cheese is so creamy thick like Mine at home!!! Ribs were smoked just right not falling off bone but bite right off - how I like em! Sliced brisket was tad dry but drowned it with the Spicy sauce! Seated quick during lunch and food out fast and fresh! Pickle bar for all your toppings. I will be back. Street parking is scarce but The Queen got a spot right in front! That always happens for me read more

The tequila old fashioned was perfect. The Tulsa ribs are good and meaty with incredible flavor.

Great service and the location is perfect. The design of the place is nice also. But the food is good not great, but good! Food comes out quick and they have a pickle bar. read more

Albert G's is phenomenal!! We have been twice, and each time has been great. Our favorites include the ribs and sliced brisket. They also make their own whiskey! They have a pickle bar (although, I'd call it more of a veggie bar) with sweet pickle chips, pickle spears, onions and banana peppers. However, I wish they had more variety/flavors of pickles. Their BBQ sauce that they have on the table is great, each one has its own unique flavor; all delicious, of course. Their loaded baked potato with the chopped brisket is a must-try. It has plenty of butter and sour cream so it isn't dry, and the brisket with some bbq on top completes it! read more

Went in for a late lunch. This is a nice clean place with a nice atmosphere. I ordered the three meat dinner. Sliced brisket, turkey and ribs. It comes with two sides, so I had the fried okra and steamed broccoli. The meal comes on a platter with some bread. There is a pickle, pepper and onion bar available. The meat was served dry. Sauces are available on the table. I don't eat the sugar sauces, so the Carolina Mustard based sauce was the one for me. I try to limit the sauce because I want to taste the food, not the sauce. The sliced brisket was tasty. It did tend to run a bit dry, so I used a little sauce. The turkey had a really good flavor, but also a bit dry without a little sauce. I enjoyed the ribs with no sauce. They weren't falling off the bone, but they were tasty and well prepared if not a tad small. I could not get over the quantity and super taste of the okra. It was some of the best I've had in a restaurant. There was plenty of it. The broccoli was good. You'll want to eat the broccoli before it cools. I do a lot of traveling, so I can honestly say the price was pretty fair for what I received. Hands down, the best thing about this visit was the server. Lauren has a terrific attitude and a wonderful smile. Servers with her kind of attitude and personality are becoming more and more rare. Give this place a try! read more

Their poutine (called debris, ala NOLA) was tasty, a mix of fries, brisket, brown gravy, and cheese, although the cheese curds could have been warmer. The St. Louis Style Ribs were a disappointment. They tasted pretty good but were really dry and not exactly meaty. Service was fine. Old-fashioneds were well executed. Okay, not bad, but just shy of being really satisfying. read more

Albert G's downtown is our go to for bar b que. The atmosphere is casual, the ribs are excellent and we LOVE the sides. The potato salad is the best I've had. . . . anywhere! Usually, ordering a salad for a side in a bar b que restaurant is not a good choice but not so at Albert G's. The pickle bar is a nice touch, as well. Fridays are catfish days; the fish is lightly breaded, so flaky and flavorful. We've always had good service and a good time. read more

A group of us were dining here when all of the sudden a drunk man came stumbling into the restaurant. This man harassed multiple customers, including our table. The wait staff, along the manager onsite named Javier, laughed it off. This man was incoherent and the bar kept feeding him drinks. The manager finally called the cops and the patron ended up leaving. After complaining, Javier asked our table if we wanted a discount after being harassed by another customer in his own restaurant. We said yes and he came back and told us that he gave us a $13 discount because we ordered "the most expensive thing on the menu and he didn't want to screw over his restaurant." This guy is clearly well trained in customer service. Can you say Yikes? I could never imagine coming back to this establishment. Our sweet waitress did a great job in managing our table, but the manager at this restaurant could seriously use a 10 hour seminar on customer service. Yikes. Will not be returning. read more

Oh my OH my! Albert G's has the best ribs in Oklahoma. They were smokey and had the perfect texture to them. We came here while food hopping and shared a three meat plate with brisket, ribs, hotlink, potato salad and sweet potato fries. Everything was perfectly seasoned. After thinking we were just gonna share a snack here as part of our food hop ventures, our bellies were too full to stick to the original plan. And that is definitely nothing to complain about. On another note, I hate potato salad. In My 26 years of living, my loathe of potato salad brewed throughout the decades. HOWEVER!! Albert G's potato salad was poppin!!! Like wut?!?! Casey likes potato salad? Yes... only from Albert G's :) The service was spectacular and the server was very kind and another employee got us new bottles of bbq sauce without us asking. They were so courteous and made sure our food was good. However, It was not only good but GREAT! Everything on our plate and the service was outstanding. Now when I crave bbq pork ribs, I think of Albert G's. read more

Always eat at the bar - and the bartender has always been friendly. Good Q, but maybe not the best. But very convenient and high quality.

Large group and the service was awesome. Was there for business. The bbq was very good.

This excellent BBQ restaurant was highly recommended by the Hyatt Regency Driver and he was not kidding when he said it was really good. First our waitress Shelby took very good care of us. Very friendly, attentive and professional. The food was excellent. Rib were tender and flavorful that did not need any sauce. The smoke turkey breast were moist and flavorful too. I'm from out of town so will be recommending this place to friends and co-workers. Of course a come back for me. The sides were good too. And finished it off with a banana cream pie. read more

Visited Albert G's during a quick trip to Tulsa last weekend. The place was hopping, but they got me in quickly and the team was super friendly. First off, all you need to care about is that their potato salad is incredibly tasty you need to order a tub to-go AND they have a freakin' PICKLE BAR! YOU HAD ME AT PICKLE! Definitely love the atmosphere here. Attentive, sweet and really hospitable here! Potato salad was amazingggg. Tart, but sweet (probably from relish) & just had a great texture. Soft but tender and mashed but also tender chunks. It was literally so good I am drooling about it now! I ordered their bbq ribs, brisket, and hot link. Okay, hot link was BOMB! love love love a good kick to a hot link and this was it. It lingered in your mouth as you take a bite and it sits there to warm you up. Definitely my cup of tea! I would have ordered more had I known how amazing it was. Their ribs were okay. A little dry and bland and had no uumph to it. It wasn't memorable and I had leftovers, so that says something. Their brisket was also dry and just even more dry. Even pieces that looked fatty were awfully dry. Nice smokey flavor but that didn't do anything for me. Their pickle bar was amazing. Butter and bread was great and the dill was also great. Loved the jalapeños and onions as well. You really can't go wrong there! Their fried okra was great though. Had a great coating and was hot and tasty. Great alone or with their sauces. Sauces were also NOT spicy by any means but were still tasty. Overall, good vibes and great service. I'd come again for their potato salad that's for sure! read more

So, you must try the G's Debris! And, the wings. Get the potato salad as a side and if you like tabouli with lots of parsley, this is your place. Don't forget to check out the pickle bar. Solid 4 stars. I'll come back. Need I say more!? Ok fine. I will. It's 9-5-21 and Labor Day is tomorrow. It's :45 before closing. I got fast friendly service with a restaurant at 40% capacity maybe. Not too full. I got the three meat combo with ribs, hot links and pulled pork. Ribs were juicy. Fell off the bone. The hot links were not too spicy but be careful of what I say. I like spicy. And the pork was tender. The ribs and pork were maybe 5% too dry but it was the end of the day so likely it was smoked many hours ago. Still, not bad. Kenzie was friendly and attentive. Checked on me 3 times after my food showed up. The Mac n cheese was basic bob evans like you'd get from the grocery store. Nothing special about it. Good for home cookouts but I'd expect more from a bbq place. I'm a connoisseur of sorts. Haha. The sweet potato waffle fries were legit. Crispy and delicious. So that's about it. Give the place a try. read more

Food was great, service was great. Highly recommend for a good BBQ spot. Ribs were insanely good!

We came up on a Thursday afternoon we're actually on our way to Pawhuska but came by because my husband loves barbecue. This place is really huge and I love that they have really big seats. Our server was really nice to us. She was helpful and answered all the questions that we had. Their is a pickle bar which had a good variety and the sweet pickles were amazing. I ordered the sweet potato with brisket and pulled pork. Let me tell you this is the best I ever had and the largest sweet potato I've ever seen. The taste is out of this world it also is topped off with sour cream. My husband's macaroni cheese was super creamy and so delicious. The sweet potato was cooked to perfection. Also, I tasted my daughters french fries and they were so light and crispy and had tons of flavor. read more

I was very pleased with my dinner at Albert G's. I sat at the bar and had a great knowledgeable server. I went with the 2 meat plate with 2 sides. Ribs and chopped brisket with fries and beans. The meats were smoky, tender, free of gristle or fat and plentiful. The 3 sauces sweet, hot and Carolina were tasty to lightly season the pile of chopped brisket. The baked beans were soupier than I expected, but very flavorful and highly recommended. They also have a pickle bar to supply yourself endless amounts of marinated cucumbers, peppers and onions. And on top of the savory goodness, I had the best piece of pie I've ever had - a hot slice of Bourbon Pecan with chocolate chips. WOW! If I was just rating the food, 4 to 4.5, but when you throw in the best pie ever, a pickle bar, great selection of beers and professional service- 5 stars it is. read more
