Great Therapists, Abysmal Administration and Billing Practices…read more I have had a very positive experience with the therapists at StretchLab; they are highly skilled, professional, and effective at what they do. Unfortunately, the administrative and billing sides of this business are completely unacceptable. I cancelled my membership over a month ago, yet they continued to charge my account. When I reached out to customer service, they were entirely unhelpful, refusing to resolve the issue and instead directing me to call various other numbers to fix their mistake myself. Ultimately, I had no choice but to file a dispute through my bank. In response, StretchLab charged me a $25 bank return fee and has spent months harassing me for the balance. The customer service is remarkably incapable, and the business operates with a complete lack of customer-centricity. While the instructors are great, the predatory billing practices and broken administrative support make it impossible to recommend this establishment.

I'm no stranger to stretching, and have been training flexibility and mobility for quite some time. My package came with free grippy socks which was a win (as they also work well for reformer pilates)

Before the session, they take the time to talk with you in such a calm and thoughtful way -- asking about your health, past experience, how you're feeling, and your goals. And it never feels like a formality -- you can tell they truly want to understand you. I really appreciated how they match you with the right class. It never feels like you're just placed wherever there's availability. Instead, they recommend what actually fits you best -- so you feel comfortable, safe, and supported. The sessions themselves are both professional and gentle. The instructors are always attentive -- they carefully watch your form, make small adjustments, guide you, and support you throughout. And they do it in such a kind, respectful way that you feel encouraged, not pressured. One of my favorite things is the small group size. It creates this almost private-session feeling. You're seen, you're heard, and you get real attention -- which is so rare and so valuable. The atmosphere in the studio is incredibly warm and calming. It feels like a place where you can slow down, take a breath, and just be taken care of for a little while. For me, it's become more than just a workout -- it's truly a little time for myself. After each session, I leave not only feeling good physically, but also with this sense of inner calm. And every time I think -- I'm so glad I found this place. If you're looking for a studio with genuine care, professionalism, and a truly thoughtful approach -- I wholeheartedly recommend it

It's not just the workouts, but the people and the feeling of community, that I truly enjoy. I love it so much, I signed up for their teacher training workshops in Feb-Apr earlier this year. I work full-time in the tech industry, but Pilates Forever Studio has become my 2nd home. Being a part of this studio for almost 2 yrs now has benefited me both physically and mentally, and I have gained long-lasting friendships with a lot of the people here. I've done the rotating gym memberships at 24-Hr Fitness, Bay Club, Orange Theory, etc throughout my whole life, but this is the first time I've stayed committed continuously to one place. I've lost over 45 lbs, and maintained my goal weight and I'm stronger than I've ever been with muscles I never knew I had! Check out Pilates Forever Studio... it was a life changer for me!

A few weeks ago, we were lucky enough to be offered the last slot available this season, and jumped at the opportunity. Since that day, we have already spent over a dozen hours at the club. The kids love being in the pool and are learning to swim, and my wife and I love the fact that the Club is not too crowded. A few other things I appreciate: - They always have life guards, and the staff is friendly. - Shallow water in the majority of the pool area allows kids to learn swimming. - Adult Swim at 45 minutes past every hour gives kids under 12 a break and lets adults swim in peace! - They sell treats (like ice cream) for a dollar. - Plenty of seating and lounging areas, with shady umbrellas. - Free wifi. - The picnic areas, barbecue grills, and cabanas are perfect for birthdays and other parties. Looking forward to booking them next season. - The diving boards look like fun! Thank you Del Prado Cabana Club. See you soon!

Despite my initial enthusiasm for this establishment, I unfortunately sustained an injury unrelated to club Pilates or this location, which prevented me from continuing my membership. Consequently, my account was frozen due to the injury, and I was not given the option to cancel it directly. However, I was subsequently charged again without a prior curtesy notice. I have all my medical records to substantiate my injuries, but I have yet to receive a courtesy call back from this location. My account was charged four months without my knowledge, and I have sent numerous emails attempting to resolve the issue and collect a refund for services I did not receive. Instead, I have been met with blatant disregard, which is deeply concerning. Out of the 80 classes I was unaware of, I attended three and did not receive any service for the rest of the charges. This situation is a significant loss for me, and the fact that I am being ignored is particularly disappointing. It is evident that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing the Pleasanton location for club Pilates. I have friends and family who use other locations and have had no issues obtaining same day responses and refunds, even though their situations were not medically related. I have concrete proof of my inability to attend classes and have yet to receive any response.

I regret signing up for the year-long unlimited membership because I realistically only take about two classes per week, as there are very few classes offered later in the day, (and zero on Wednesday afternoons). The ones that are available fill up very quickly. That said, there are a couple of great instructors here--Lyn and Joon are both fantastic and make the classes enjoyable. Overall, I'm disappointed with how inconsistent the studio has become and would hesitate to recommend this location.
