One of the staff members, an older lady with glasses who has been here for more than 11years, shows behavior and associations outside of work that raise concerns about professionalism and could affect the business's reputation. Most often when I visit the office to speak with her, she always seems very scatterbrained and all over the place, which does not come across as professional or organized. In addition, the front gate is often not open on weekends even though posted hours state it should be, which is frustrating. These things are worth reviewing to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and professional environment.
