All the necessary documents were handled via email and within 20 minutes of calling we had secured a spot. The storage facility was easy to access and get in and out of even with our gigantic rig. If we ever need RV storage again we will definitely return to Scripps Mesa Storage.

One of the staff members, an older lady with glasses who has been here for more than 11years, shows behavior and associations outside of work that raise concerns about professionalism and could affect the business's reputation. Most often when I visit the office to speak with her, she always seems very scatterbrained and all over the place, which does not come across as professional or organized. In addition, the front gate is often not open on weekends even though posted hours state it should be, which is frustrating. These things are worth reviewing to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and professional environment.

For the most part, people seem to be in a rush and everyone was working so fast. The first thing you want to do is to get a close parking spot and reverse your car in. It'll save time. -reverse park into the parking stalls -go grab an empty trash can -poor your recyclables into the bin -stand in line, they pour the items in your trash bin into a wire bin, then weigh it, give you a receipt and you redeem it at the window for cash -bring and wear disposable gloves because the trash bins and recyclables are sticky -don't wear your best clothes or shoes. Even the floors are sticky. *You must have your items in the trash bin when you're in line. Otherwise you'll be kicked of line and go to the back.
