I don't know much about engines, however I assumed that it would be fine and went ahead and met my husband at the storage facility. We loaded the truck and then my husband heard the noise coming from the engine. He was deeply concerned that the truck wouldn't make the long drive to Louisiana. I called Chapel Creek and asked them what to do. Michelle answered and told me to call the 800 number on the keychain. So I did and they sent a mechanic out to look at the truck. The man arrived about an hour later and he then proceeded to diagnose the truck with 1 of 4 possible issues. At this point I was really started to suffer from anxiety, as I couldn't get stranded in the middle of the bayou for an hour if the truck broke down! I then asked him about getting another truck and he said he would call it in to the Home Office and they would need to make the call on how we should proceed. By this time it was 4pm and we were leaving the next morning at 5am, I didn't need to deal with red tape I needed a solution! So I called Michelle again at Chapel Creek and voiced my frustration to her. She immediately called her Area Manager and he contacted me within 10 minutes. He said Michelle had called him and told me of my problem. He had gone ahead and secured another truck for me and told me it was very close to where I was located. He apologized for the inconvenience and said there would be no fee because my issue was considered an emergency. My husband and I drive to the other location, unloaded and loaded the new truck and they expedited my paperwork so we could get out of there quickly. We drove it to New Orleans in the other truck and actually made great time! And I didn't have one worry the whole way! Michelle even called me the night I got home and made sure I was safe and sound! What great service and follow through! Very impressed with the integrity of the folks over at Chapel Creek!! Thank you very much!

The boxes were high quality and not the junk you buy at the big box stores and they give you discounts for buying 10 or 20. The Penske truck was great. A very clean truck that ran great and even had a liftgate on it that made moving our appliances and heavy furniture a snap. Loved it. Beats the heck out of those guys with the old orange trucks. LOL Customer service was top notch. Mike took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed and was very professional. If we ever need storage we will go there!!!

TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!! After leaving numerous text messages and voicemails this individual DID NOT RETURN phone calls or text messages in a timely manner more like 2 days later. The security camera does not have enough coverage as the website states.The back fence was cut into and some THIEF OR THIEVES stole the catalytic converter off of the truck we parked there. After, making a police report and having the catalytic converter replaced, we did advise the owner of the cost in hopes that they would offer some kind of reimbursement to us since it did occur on the storage premises. The owner stated that "you can use your insurance". The owners refused to take any kind of responsibility or even offer to reimburse any of our loss of $651.00. I reserved a unit on line with a different company but lets just say when I arrived that place was unacceptable. It was 6pm and most offices were closing. My friend was able to call and reserve a unit right away with All Storage. They waited for the movers, my belongings and I to get there and Jenny personally gave me a tour of the facility and my unit! It was beautiful! The facility is amazingly clean. The staff and service are impeccable. If you ever need storage in the area this is absolutely your best bet.
