I've booked Precision movers last week to move my 2 bed apartment and also make a quick stop at another location (very close to the original) to pick up a few items. Had an excellent experience with scheduling the move. The crew was on time, was very solid on the plan of execution. The team was communicative. Very impressed with how the crew navigated tight apartment spaces. Giovany (the Tetris master) made sure that everything fit perfectly into the truck. I also must mention that the second location had multiple stairs and the crew had to operate in a 95F heat! All 3 movers were agile, did not dabble around, were very respectful of my time. On top of it had a super positive attitude. I had to tell them to slow down and remember to hydrate and take a breather. From what I understand this is a new company yet with previous moving experience. All my furniture was blanket wrapped. No damages. With this move, I did expect unanticipated issues and I was proved wrong. Everything went perfectly. Alex and the crew has shown here. All were readily available by phone and text. The crew was amazing. Moving forward I am confident that Precision movers will maintain a culture of accountability and a desire to do the job right. I will definitely book Precision movers again. I called at 1030 pm in a time crunch due to my buddies not having availability to help me move , they responded within in a few minutes accommodating my move the next morning at 9am. They sent 2 movers and me saying I was mind blown , is an understatement . These two guys worked way better than myself and 6 buddies to move the same amount of stuff 3 weeks prior. I had to make 2 trips with my 20ft uhaul , they moved everything in one trip using a 15 foot truck. They were respectful, good sense of humor / enthusiastic , and made the move so seamless and effortless and fast ! They were extremely careful with everything. I randomly came across this company that night before the move and I will be using them again if I ever move / recommend them to all my friends / co workers / family. I had a wonderful experience using Alamo Movers. Getting a quote, and scheduling the move was very easy and quick. This was my first time using a moving company and had many questions and Andrew was quick to respond and provided detailed instructions. Gilbert, Javier, and Danny were on time, efficient, professional and handled our belongings with care. The entire process went so smooth. They were very accommodating and friendly. They wrapped all our furniture and stored them properly. When it was time to move everything out of our 10x20 storage unit to our new home, there was not a single damage. They moved everything into the new home quickly and assisted in assembly of furniture. All our belongings are in great condition. Gilbert, Javier, and Danny were excellent movers. They helped walk us through what needed to be wrapped, what needed boxing, and what needed disassembly and they were able to provide us with everything that we needed. They disassembled our dining table, bed frame and one of our big chairs without needing any help and wrapped everything nicely. They were able to move everything into storage in a timely and efficient manner. They were so good we are going to use them for our second move from storage to our new house (which is next week). Tip: The only thing we needed to do was pick up a TV packing box from home depot, which is understandable. Since it would take up too much space to have enough of these on their trucks. Was able to drive to a Home depot and back in time for them to wrap our tv and put it in the box! read more

Alamo was one of the best moving companies I have ever worked with. The team was organized, informative, professional, and overall some of the friendliest most helpful individuals. Moving can be so stressful, and these guys really helped us feel at ease and taken care of on the big day. Antonio's coordination was detail oriented, making sure all our most prized belongings were well protected, and his team asked US a lot of questions, making sure that they were moving things exactly where and how we wanted, sometimes even making more work for themselves by going above and beyond. This stood out the most to me. WOW, is all I can say. I used this company a couple of weeks ago on 3/31 to move my 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago. I had a last minute move and the company I usually use was booked given it was the end of the month. They recommended Precision Movers and said a former employee started their own company and guaranteed they would be the next best option for me. With a little bit of hesitation I went on and booked the date with them. On move day Alex and Gilbert showed up on time and started working right away. They were very quick and efficient with wrapping all of my furniture and making sure they moved items where they needed to go. The booking process was simple and pricing was very reasonable. Could not recommend Precision Movers more. Had to move out Saturday, plans fell through and we had to hire new movers less than 48 hours in advance. Super fast and responsive service even after their posted work hours they were able to schedule us. Day of moving, three guys showed up right on time and were unbelievably fast at packing our boxes and furniture. Personable guys who were easy to communicate with for where stuff needed to go at the new house. Came with furniture wraps and were able to take apart my desk in minutes. Everything was protected and we had no damages to our belongings. Whole process was seamless and pain free for our moving day. Will definitely use them again next time we move. I recently moved using Alamo movers and I must say they are absolutely incredible! I've moved multiple times the past few years. I called a BUNCH of places in Chicago for quotes and read a ton of reviews before finally booking with Alamo. And let me say I'm so glad I did! They made the move so easy, Andrew is great and talked me through all my questions and concerns. They day of the move we had an incredible team of 3 guys (Mark, Antonio and Gio) they moved fast, efficient and were wonderful! From other moving companies I was quoted 6 hours and they knocked it out in 4.5! These guys are the best and I can't recommend them enough. If you are on the fence - book them. It ended up costing a few hundred dollars more than I expected but it wasn't because these guys didn't work. Gilberto, Luis and Danny arrived in the expected time frame and for the next 9 hours took great pains to pad and wrap all of my furniture. They disassembled and reassembled everything to a tee. They were very courteous, considerate and communicative. They let me know what they were up to every step of the way. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see the condition of my boxed items. Not a single thing was broken or damaged. This was not the case with my previous moving company. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Precision Movers. Used these guys last week to move out of my apartment and my roommate out of her previous home into our new 3 bedroom apartment. Based on our quote, they got back to us super quick, arrived with more than enough tape, plastic wrap, blankets, etc. and the pricing was incredibly reasonable.
