Although MBCP claims that their true-up is in January, I still haven't seen any credit to my account. First it was the fault of the third party accounting company, now they were not able to process all credits. More and more, MBCP sounds like a Ponzi scheme where they take your money and just invent reasons not to pay you back.

Alden was super nice and friendly, and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He didn't mind that I was hovering over him and watching the work, and I even learned some stuff. This guy deserves a raise! A&R bills for TIME, so you're being charged really fairly. They even helped me communicate to my property manager that the issue didn't originate in my apartment and I was able to negotiate a reimbursement for the cost of the services.
