These guys were great. They worked so hard, walking many steps back & forth because their truck was so large that it took some finesse to be able to park in a sea of oak tree branches & limited turnaround in my circular driveway. They had to load the truck sideways but it was done with a smile throughout. It must have taken at least 2-2.5 hours to load the truck. Then the 1.5-2hr drive which got complicated as we didn't know moving trucks were restricted on Hwy 85. I felt so bad for the guys, but yet again, they arrived with a smile despite the inconvenience. Again, they worked so hard. I tried to get them to take a mini break by offering them water, soda, chips, but they kept working. They helped me put furniture feet protectors on, as well as checking around to make sure they didn't forget anything. Then they did the final check at the final destination and everything was great. I told them that I'm going to have to move again as this place that I moved to I'm renting until I find something I want to purchase and when that happens, I will definitely ask for these three guys, Ronnie, Ethan, and Genghis. They all worked tirelessly and then had to make the long trek back down to Carmel, which would've been another hour and a half on the road, probably longer since they'll hit commute traffic. I highly recommend White Glove Movers. The last mover I had three years ago was the absolute worst. they did over $10,000 worth of damage breaking dining room chair legs scratching a very expensive beveled glass table top and destroyed $4000 art frames. I paid them to wrap my furniture, but they ended up, stacking the furniture, and not even protecting them thus causing the damage. On the other hand, White Glove Movers wrapped things that I didn't have time to do myself, and they did it very professionally and everything arrived without any damage. They are truly an organization that you can trust to get your furniture at your destination without any damages. I only wished I had known White Glove Movers three years ago when I had moved from Nevada to Carmel. A very hard lesson learned. They are my go to company for the next move. Thank you so much. He told my how my bad review would cause him to lay off his workers because it would be so bad for his business, and asked what he could do to get me to take it down. We discussed the many ways in which our move was a disaster. He offered to refund me a large (several thousand dollar) part of what we had paid him since it was such a horrible experience. I told him that would be nice. That was 3 weeks ago and what a surprise, no refund. He remains a liar and a crook. read more

I recently used this company in the Monterey area. Several important items were never delivered. When I asked for help in locating them it was suggested by their business representative that if the items were so valuable to me that I should have taken them with me in my car. I believed the owner at my interview with him that the movers were very careful and well educated. I have several reasons to doubt that. No compensation was offered or any follow up by White Glove made. I made three follow up calls to check and did not receive a return call. My advice to future customers would be don't leave the premises without checking that all your possessions have at least been loaded on the truck and that nothing has been removed that should not have been. read more

On the day of the move Eric showed up with two other guys (I'm so sorry I forgot your names guys) and we did a quick run through of the place. Then, lightening quick Eric turned to the guys gave the orders of what to start with and they were off. All in all they showed up on time, finished within 4hrs and did everything beyond exceptionally well. They were nice, SUPER efficient, incredibly affordable, and easily the best movers I've ever worked with. On top of that, after moving in they asked us to walk from room to room with them just to check if we wanted to reposition any of the furniture.
