I knoowwww they say to get at least three quotes, but LZ was my first and only quote for this project. That brief 10-minute appointment was all I needed to know that Luis was the one for this job. He is confident, knowledgable, friendly and great at explaining things in a ways a layperson like me would understand. The quote was very reasonable, the invoice was formatted well and overall communication with him via text was very easy. Installation went smoothly, the piping is straight and level, he showed me how the system and valves work, went over the maintenance and let me ask more questions. He has a warranty on his work, but I doubt I'll ever have to make a claim because with his skills, I'm sure the system will be running well for years and years!
