Highly recommend! They were able to assist in a very timely manner, and identify the issue quickly. They offered a couple different solutions for us at a reasonable price. Their response time was excellent. read more

We hired Juan's Plumbing to address a toilet issue in our home, and I am happy with the exceptional service they provided. They quickly responded to our call and scheduled a convenient appointment. They arrived on time and were incredibly polite. They replaced the o-ring on our toilet so it stopped leaking. Now it was time to fix the overflowing water issue. In addition to the toilet repair, they also snaked the main plumbing line. We could not find the main line on the ground so they had to go on our roof to do it. They handled this task it with expertise and efficiency. They even took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I was well-informed throughout. The level of professionalism and attention to detail demonstrated by Juan's Plumbing was truly awesome. I highly recommend Juan's Plumbing for their outstanding service, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're in need of a reliable and skilled plumbing service, look no further--Juan's Plumbing is the way to go! read more

Called Juan when we broke a side main @ our house during a project where we were setting some T posts in the pasture. Juan was very helpful. When other plumbers just said no we can't do anything Juan took the time to help us by talking us through the steps in order to patch the problem. With his guidance and support we were able to do this. A+ for being a great human, respectable and noble. I will use Juan for all my plumbing needs moving forward. read more

Reliable, dependable and responsive. Juan was quick to respond to the needs at our home and was able to get everything back in good shape in only a matter of 24 hours. He does good work and charges a fair price. I will be calling him for future plumbing needs! Also, a quick shout out to Caesar who rocked it working alongside Juan, learning the trade! I am not even sure where to start but I am thrilled overall with the work Juan and his crew did. What started out as a broken flange on my toilet that flooded my bathroom floor turned into the bathroom of my dreams. Love it and love all the work, attention and time that they took to make it right and correct past mistakes from other plumbers. 5 stars might not be enough for the level of professionalism and going above and beyond that he did. He made sure I understood all the steps along the way and how best to address the issues that come with the renovation process. I have a gorgeous bathroom, tiled shower with glass doors and they replaced flooring in my bathroom and laundry room as well as replumbing under the house and adding vents and clean out. Pretty much nothing he can't do!! read more

We had a broken PVC pipe in our front yard. It was a pipe that led from under our house and provided water to our sprinklers and hose. Extremely quick response to my quote request and was easy to schedule with. We had also used him a ways back for an emergency backup in the shower . Same quick response and came out that day shorlty after contacting him. Ask for a quote and you'll be pleased with his quick response. read more

He scheduled me quickly, was very professional and did work above and beyond. He took precautions for his visit and consideration of the CORVID epidemic. I did not even realize the extra work he had done until he left. I also asked him to do some other work on my bathtub. He could have charged me , but instead showed me it was an easy fix and explained to me how to fix it. He is a rare gem. Thank you for all the great work. read more

Wow!!! I text Juan's Plumbing late last night (Sunday) about a clogged drain at my parent's house and he responded quickly. I asked if he could come Monday morning ASAP and he said yes. At 8am he text me to let me know there was on person ahead of us and before 9am he was at my parent's house. Quickly and efficiently he explained what they could do, what it would cost and alternatives. Within the hour we were unclogged. They cleaned up quickly and we're on their way at 10:15. Wow! I would highly recommend! To me there is nothing more important than being responsive and efficient. Juan was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. Would call him again in a heartbeat plus I love communicating by text - quick and efficient!! read more

Came home from work and my wife asked, 'do you want to hear the good news or the bad news?' 'tell me the bad news,' I said... 'The water heater is leaking'... To Yelp I went in search of someone to help us. I found 3 likely candidates, called the first which was Juan's. The result, he came over about 90 minutes later, looked at our issue and gave me a quote. He arrived the next morning, was very pleasant, removed our old unit, cleaned everything up, installed a really great unit (I checked and it is HIGHLY rate) did some beautiful plumbing and pipe work with Copper and finished by mid afternoon. Fantastic work and service and positive attitude from a very nice man with reasonable prices and first rate work. We will use Juan's in the future as we trust him and know his work is first rate. I called Juan when we had an emergency main line back up at our home. Juan was quick to answer, but unfortunately he was on his way out to Morgan Hill. He had a helpful conversation with me over the phone and explained what he or I would have to do to remedy the problem. Since he was on his way to another client in need (on a Sunday!) I decided to take on the challenge of doing it myself. It was a long days work, but I wouldn't have been able to do it without Juan's guidance. Even though I didn't actually have Juan come here, he called me twice to follow up and texted me to make sure it was all going well. Finding honest hard working service is hard to come by. I am most definitely adding Juan to my contact list for future services. Support local jobs and turn to someone you can count on. read more

We had a very complex case, involving repairs needed due to Hollister hard water and lack of filtration system. Juan was a pleasure to work with all throughout and I would love to have him work on our house again. He was flexible, proactive, pleasant, respectful, professional, and had great integrity. 5 stars ***** read more

Quick response, very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Great communication via text was a huge plus for me! Of course our water heater would leak on a holiday. My husband searched yelp and first pick was Juan Plumbing based on all the awesome reviews. We were not disappointed! He prefers pictures of the problem and can usually let you know what he thinks will fix it and give you a quote. Based on our pictures he suggested a new unit but because of the leak he decided he would stop by just to make sure. 30 mins later he was at our home reassuring us he could fix it the next day! Reasonable pricing, clean and quick! Your water heater is definitely one of those things you take for granted, so happy Juan got it up and running quickly! Our family of 5 appreciates the terrific timely work! Thanks again Juan! We will be using you for any future plumbing needs I've already referred my parents to him for a repair on their shower. read more

Hate to revise a previously positive review but I'm pretty frustrated in retrospect. During their visit, the plumbers said that my leaky toilet wasn't fixable and that the only solution was to buy a new toilet. When I asked me neighbor about his water bill and shared my monthly bill he said I definitely had a leak somewhere and came over to take a look. He fixed the toilet in about 20 minutes and my bills have gone from $300 a month to about $110 a month. You're a plumber. You should have fixed this instead of complaining that you didn't like my toilet. Very displeased with the money I've lost on high water bills due to your refusal to address this when you came out for the call. Response to comment from business: No, I didn't replace the toilet and nowhere in my comment did I say did. I asked you to fix the existing toilet, you said it wasn't fixable, and that cost me money. You're a plumber. I don't care what you think about my home, you were hired to do a job, you refused to do it for some bizarre toilet snobbery reason and your refusal to do your basic job cost me money. Shame on you, get it together, do your job. read more

Juan saved the day! After 4 hours of my husband and FIL trying to fix our kitchen sink we found and called Juan and he came as soon as he could. He fixed it with in an hour and was very professional. Juan is a skilled and trustworthy plumber. He's taken care of some big plumbing emergencies and little issues with the same efficiency and friendliness. I called Juan after finding a 500 gallon a day leak (!!! not good during drought conditions). He came out fast, and found a very, very difficult leak. He spent 7 hours up to his shoulders in mud, muck and weeds repairing the breaks, which resolved the issue and made my HOA happy. The sheer amount of water that was being lost was unbelievable, and I am so thankful that he was able to resolve the issue as quickly as he was, as well as fix a few other problems that he found along the way. Ten thumbs up. read more

I called Juan late morning and he was able to come out the same afternoon. I was impressed and pleased that he was able to so! Both Juan and his assistant Allen were polite and professional. Came home Friday evening to water running down my driveway, gave Juan a call and promptly came over and assessed the situation; Juan suggested that the water heater would probably be under warranty, since I've only lived here for two years I would have never thought of looking for warranty details, surprisingly was still under warranty, saving me the cost of a brand new water heater, not to mention Juan went out of his way to swap out water heater in San Jose. Juan is extremely knowledgeable, quickly took care of business and did a great job, I will definitely recommend him and will be calling him up for some remodel work. read more

I hired Juan due to a number of reasons - he was courteous & responsive to my needs, very easy to work with. Also when he came in, he and his associate/help brought in bootie shoe covers to slip over their work boots - that was a nice gesture because we do not wear shoes in the house. They were both very mindful with their way around the work & I am grateful. My toilet was leaking & needed a new one. He replaced it in a very timely manner & kept everything cleaned up. I really appreciate the consideration. Thank you for a great experience! read more

Great plumber! Was a relief to call a plumber who answered the phone right away and was available to answer any questions. Even though I called Juan's Plumbing Service at the end of the day, Juan offered to stop by that evening to see what we had going on. He fit fixing our plumbing issues into his schedule for first thing the next morning. He also gave us a heads up when he was 30 minutes away which was nice. Work was professionally done and with no hassles. We look forward to working with him again when we get around to remodeling our kitchen. read more

I had several issues, Juan was very quick and accurate to diagnose and fix what was wrong! He came the same day!!! Juan gave me much needed advice on other plumbing issues which will save me money down the road and allow my friends husband to help do some of the work. Juan and Cesar did a timely and professional job. Just recently moved into the area in a home with some plumbing issues. Juan came in, did an estimate, and fixed everything that could be fixed. Juan is a true professional, very knowledgeable very meticulous in his work. After leaving messages for several other local plumbers and no return calls, we called Juan, he picked up and said he would be over that evening to see how he could help us!!! We needed some work done under the crawl space, Juan placed lights and left them for the next person that might have to go down there but also lined the crawl area with heavy plastic. His work is clean, honest and timely. Would I recommend Juan and his company? ABSOLUTLEY!!! THANK YOU JUAN read more

I work for a property management company. Got an urgent call from my tenants about major sewage problems. Everything was backed up! Found Juan on Yelp! (my go-to for everything...almost). Very responsive, went over to the site not long after contacting him, handled the problem with a quickness. Price is reasonable, if you think about it, its some tough dirty work... doubt I'd want to give it a try. I felt he was very honest with me. Patient in communicating with me and working things out since I'm not one of the residents, we discussed everything over the phone. Ive definitely kept his contact in my own contacts list for all the services necessary in home maintenance since I hear about these issues and problems so often (we manage +/- 30 units/properties). I even scheduled for him to look at another unit for clogged showers. Ill update this review after i see how his work goes on that tomorrow (and if i have time to come back to these reviews.) All in all, Juan's a great plumber for his services, honesty and respect. He would wear booties when entering homes and from what I know, tries to keep his work clean. If he doesn't, better ask him to! THANK YOU JUAN! Now my tenants wont chew me out about sewage problems. I get to sleep in tomorrow! (Just kidding... still got other work to do) read more

I think that this is the fourth time that I called Juan for plumbing-related services, and he has yet to disappoint. This time, we gave him a challenge in that we needed our Toto washlet replaced with a new unit, because the one we had installed about 15 years ago gave up the ghost (it's nozzle started to drip, and Toto told us that there was no way to fix it). I was a bit surprised that he hadn't installed a washlet before, but he installed it like a pro. Thank you, Juan! read more

I sent a message through Yelp to Juan on a Sunday, he came that day even though he wasn't working other jobs and started helping me figure out significant water pressure issues throughout my home. He ended up needing to come back on Monday to descale our tankless water heater and replace corroded piping leading into the water heater; he did a very thorough job checking all fixtures and keeping me informed of his assessments along the way. Juan was personable and knowledgeable, and I never got the sense that he was trying to sell work that did not need to be done. He ultimately helped us figure out that our issues were related to our water heater and our filtration system, which badly needed to be serviced. All issues are resolved now and I would definitely contact Juan again for future plumbing issues! read more

Had an emergency back up and Juan had no problem coming out immediately on a Sunday to take care of it. He was very good at communicating when to expect his arrival. He was upfront on his costs for the emergency services since it was a Sunday. He was neat and tidy, didn't make any mess in my home. He worked very hard and was able to finally get to the clog that was causing the problem. I'm saving his number and will no doubt call him again for other plumbing problems. read more

A very honest and a great guy. Left him a message and responded right away and came by to check what's wrong with my water leak. He suggested us on what to do instead of him just doing the job so we can save some money. Unfortunately, our tools that we have did not work for us. He was nice enough to text me the same night if everything worked out. He came the following day and fix whatever needs to be done. A very honest guy that you want to work at your home. Thank you again Juan!! Appreciate your business!! read more

These guys are great honest people! I had a clogged drain and they stopped by my cafe to assess the issue.
