After talking with a few people and pretty much being told that I should just buy a new laptop, I decided to e-mail Fix-PC to see if there was any hope in repairing my computer. Gancheng e-mailed me back the same day and told me that he would gladly come to my house to see if he could repair my computer. He also said if he could not fix it, I would not need to pay... Amazing. He came over the next day and spent 3+ hours repairing my computer. He was very nice and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and he took his time making sure that he was really fixing the problem.
