I've been bringing my MBZ to Eric and his crew for the past 7 years. They have done all my scheduled maintenance, replaced brakes and rotors and done AC service. As a certified mechanic for Mercedes, my extended warranty remained in tact since they are certified and use OEM parts. Eric is honest and doesn't upsell me. Took my Mercedes to this shop due to rattling noise coming from the front wheels it almost sounded like my vehicle was going to fall apart. The mechanic did not drive it, he just put the car up onto the lift took a flashlight and then quoted me eight -$9000 in repairs and literally stated that the cost of repair was more than the car was worth . He advised to me of several broken parts and oil leaks my vehicle had. I left disappointed and sought out to buy another vehicle. I then decided to get a 2nd opinion & WOW! However, at Akbar I received a very personal greeting from Mike (so friendly and extremely knowledgeable) and felt right at home.
