These are the typical "I don't want to talk with a woman, only talk with men" types of mechanic. They kept looking in my face and saying, "You're wrong," about my own physical experiences with the car. They started to refuse talking to me, the owner of the car, and would only talk to the man who was with me. Went to a different mechanic closer to my work and guess whaaaaaat??? They understood what I was telling them, and confirmed the same problem that an associate an auto parts store found BEFORE we went to any mechanic. Imagine an associate at an auto parts store being more useful at finding an issue than a mechanic... A lot of this business's reviews are outdated. I will be more aware next time and go to businesses with more recent, positive reviews. I remember when I was young, my parent's would say there's a man named Joe (the main mechanic) who is known as the Mercedes doctor. He has answers to every question you give and always leaves his customers satisfied.
