First, I think it is so unprofessional when the male manager yells at the employees on the sales floor. I witnessed him yelling at two employees in front of customers. He yelled at one employee where they duplicate the keys, and he was yelling at another employee in the plumbing section. Second, I felt discriminated against. An employee was racially profiling me.
