This company installed my furnace 15 years ago, then a central air conditioning unit in 2020. They've been my go to for over 20 years. Cannot say enough good things about this local, family owned business. Many other local businesses are selling out to national brands. When that happens, price and quality go up. This is not one of those. They are reliable and moderately priced. Their work is impeccable. My sister, who's a realtor, has been recommending them to clients for 30 years. read more

This is how my new duct work was installed. It was closed up inside my new ceiling like this. My home is obviously pretty cold with my duct work like that. read more

I want to warn anyone thinking of using this complany - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their work can be dangerous to your health (carbon monoxide poisoning) and they do not meet code of CO for instilation of gas-vents. After a hail storn in 2018 it was time to replace my rusted and old B-vent from my furnance to my roof. I had this done for $365. The work order (#27493) and receipt stated "Installed a new cap, double wall vents sections and reconnected in the furnace room attic and roof. Sealed 5' section at roof to Jack." This was done by Douglas G. tech on work order. The AirFlow company on 11/7/18 Warranty check and says roof cap screwed in with 3 screws by Tech NG. After a leak in my roof on 2/1/23, it was determined that the B-Vent originally put in by this company was disconnected in the attic and moisture was in the attic and potential carbon monoxide poisoning. The reason was there was only a quarter of an inch overlap in the connection in the attic b-vents and unable to be locked. This could be due to the B-vent pipe was from different manufactures and unable to be locked or vent pipes unable to be turned and lock for another reason. Bottom line It came apart and warped the roof plywood and could have caused me to have carbon monoxide poisoning. I had and to have a new complete furnace B-vent from roof to the attic to the furnace for $1515.25 on 9/21/2023 It was discovered that the attic B-vent your company put in was disconnected at some point. The b-vent that you had put in 2018 was not locked correctly and this came apart I also called you to come to evaluate this situation several times (3/31/23, 4/3/23, 4/4/23), and evaluate the B-vent. No call back. It was not until I emailed you on 7/10/23 that I finally got your attention to send someone out to my home. I also had another vent disconnection in my furnace room. Your brother and another person came out and looked at disconnection of vent and placed tape on vent in furnace room and stated it would be fine and said the tape in attic on B-vent in attic was just fine also. You know that this is not code. You could not turn and lock B-vents so they decided to tape it and it would be fine. As you must know being NATE Certified that Taping is not part of the code for b-vents installation. Everyone BEWARE. This company is not safe. read more

I had them out last month to clean my furnace and replace my swamp cooler pads since it wasn't running very cold. They did a fine job on the furnace cleaning but then said I also needed to replace the condensate pump and didn't have it so I would need to schedule another appointment for that. As for the swamp cooler, they didn't have the pads on hand and also recommended replacing a belt which they didn't have and said I would need to make a future appointment to have those replaced (but I still paid for them to look at it). They also told me that I needed to have an electrical look at the hookup on the swamp cooler. I had an electrician out and paid for the 2-hour min. of his time and he found no issues with it. I have now called three times to try to schedule the follow up for the pads, belt, and condensate pump and have left messages with people and on the machine with no word back. read more

Air Flow has knowledge techs and fair pricing. They Have been in business over 75 years. Highly recommend

Professional. Quick. Reponsive. Found the A/C issue in just 15 minutes and didn't try to gauge me unlike on other HVAC guy who was claiming I had a much bigger issue. Highly recommend them. read more

I originally called Air Flow to have our furnace serviced which we do annually. However, this was the first time we used Air Flow and they were great. They were courteous, on time and they did a great job. And they didn't mind our dogs which is always a plus. In fact, I was so pleased with their work that I then scheduled an appointment with them to have our air ducts cleaned (which we'd never done before and, wow, I am so glad we did as we have actually seen and felt a huge difference; plus they found a rubber ball in the ducts which was kind of odd/fun; but I digress) and again they were everything you'd hope for in a service company. The cherry on top? They were very reasonably priced for both services. Two thumbs up! read more

If you are shopping for a new Swamp (Evaporator) Cooler, this company is very reasonable and thorough and recommended. My problem was that when they quoted the price, it included a $250 rebate. The Cooler was installed in late May, early June, 2020 and after no less than 5 inquiries, no rebate was ever received. My last correspondence with the owner, Frank, was that if they could not get me the rebate by March 31, 2021, Air Flow would personally reimburse me the $250. Still no rebate received and have not heard back from Frank. To reiterate, Air Flows price was excellent and a quality installation, but if they include a $250 rebate, it won't happen. read more

I had a neighbor recommend Air Flow Heating. I was extremely pleased with the service, response time and overall integrity of the service! had a furnace that was not providing heat and of course assumed the worse. Frank, the owner, came out the following morning, found that the unit was "just locked out" and reset. Charged me only for the service call. So pleased with the honesty and integrity.... Air Flow has a life long customer! read more

These guys were quick to respond to our situation and very professional. My one complaint would be, they took forever to cash my check. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal; however this check was for quite a bit of money. It was a little annoying. Overall they were nice to work with. They were in and out in no time and we are very pleased with their work. read more

These folks replaced my furnace last year. I met with more than half a dozen other contractors. Frank the owner, is a very honest guy with alot of integrity. He did however have a bad egg on his staff. I complained and Frank was really open and dealt with all the issues. In addition he promised that if there was anytime wrong with the system for two years, he would take care of it. And low and behold, his bad egg had installed the wrong fuse causing the heating to go out recently. They came the same day we called and honest as his word, there was no charge. I can't fault Frank for having a lame employee. I am not the greatest at hiring either. But Frank is an honest man and there are few of them out there. He wants to do a good job and is good to his word. This is a company you can trust and one that offers a good price. read more

Very happy with my furnace repair. Quick response, knowledgeable repairman, fixed only what was necessary.

Needed an entire HVAC system for my home in Highlands. The Owner Frank came out to determine what I needed. Over Two weeks went by and I had not received an estimate. I called (frustrated) the office and was told they got busy and then the girl hung up. I had used them before for service calls, but will never call them again. read more

I had an appointment today for 12-4. No show. No call. We called them and they said they are busy and running late. They said it would at least be another hour before they showed up. Who runs a business like this. No courtesy call? They are a joke. read more

It's winter, and our HVAC stopped working last night! This morning our thermostat read 62F and dropping, so I was relieved to find out that Air Flow was able to come out the same day I called. Frank was very friendly, professional, unassuming, and informative. He found the problem immediately, had it fixed and cleaned up in 15 minutes, and provided some recommendations to improve the efficiency of our furnace. Thank you, Air Flow, and thanks to all you Yelpers for helping me find them! read more

When I called Air Flow this morning to see if they could fix my heater, I had no hope that I would hear from anyone today, much less have someone come to my house even this week, as it's the dead of winter. Not only did they immediately call me back, they were able to come to my home the same morning and fixed my heater for a pretty modest price! I used them once before last summer for an A/C issue, and was pleased with their service at that time. Now that I've had two good experiences with them, I felt the need to write a review! read more

We had them (Joe et al) install a replacement swamp cooler on our roof this spring. They did it very quickly and with just 2 people. IE Very efficient, very cost effective, professional , we got a rebate to boot. We primarily dealt with Joe Velasquez, and were very satisfied. All went well. We were especially happy with how quiet and good the new cooler is. (a mastercool ad1c5112) read more

I had called Air Flow Heating about a year ago to have my furnace serviced. I was super worried at that time that I would have to replace it. They came out on time, got it all serviced and let me know that it didn't need to be replaced quite yet. Super professional, incredibly nice people. I will be going through them when it's time to replace my furnace. read more

Can't say enough good about Air Flow. My heater wouldn't come on and they were able to come out the same day despite them being very busy. The fix was quick and very affordable. As a single female homeowner, having something not working is very worrisome to me.. I chose these guys because of their excellent review on Yelp.. I was VERY pleased and will be sure to keep their number for when I need it. read more

Air Flow Heating is super responsive, honest and great customer service! I would highly recommend airflow for any heating/furnace issues you may have. I read all of the reviews on Yelp prior to calling and Airflow lived up to the praise in their reviews. They made suggestions on how to improve the effciency of my furance and told me what was wrong and how I could fix it for cheaper and only charged me for the service call. Well worth the money spent and will call again if I have any furnace issues. read more

Air Flow is a great local, family owned business in Denver. My 17 yr old furnace needed replacing this year. I used Air Flow in the past for a minor thermostat issue. Frank at Air Flow was courteous and professional. He did his best to repair the old furnace. The lady at Lennox, said the part was no longer available and then he tried other parts shops as well. My estimate was quite fair (I did some research and pricing). There was no "high pressure sales". In fact, I needed a few months to save up. The installers we fast and professional as well. I will always call Frank. Honest and reputable! Thanks Air Flow. read more

Well let's just say I made an appointment a week in advance and was given a time frame of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. At 12:15 I called the company number and told them that no one has shown up or called and that was completely unacceptable. The girl that answered the phone said that she would call the technicians to see where the were. I asked why didn't some call and just let us know that they were behind schedule and how that would have been the courteous thing to do she said that was the tectnicians job. I told her if the company does know that the tectnicians are running behind someone is not managing properly. Anyway end of story 4 hours lost still need someone for heating problem it must be nice to have so much business that you can afford to stand up customers. Oh and if there was an apology it was clearly hidden behind the script the company had written to be cheerful but don't worry about being helpful. read more
