The staff members here are always so kind, patient, and attentive. I usually go here several times…read moreper month just to drop off packages with prepaid shipping labels. The reason I love this location is because if I ever experience an inconvenience, such as needing to tape a corner of an envelope or box up that I may have missed, they offer to take care of everything for me and my packages have always arrived to their destinations successfully. Also, if I ever need to pay for a package to be delivered to a destination with the cheapest shipping route possible, I am able to do so with no trouble whatsoever. You can drop off UPS or USPS packages here (and avoid the post office!) and the mail truck will pick them up by a specific hour every day between Monday - Saturday. Will continue to do my business with AIM Mail Center! Loved them for years.

1 STAR -- BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. NEW OWNERSHIP, BIG PROBLEM…read more I went to AIM Mail Center to ship 10 packages. I paid the amount I was quoted and left. The next day, I got a call from Julie saying the rates had been entered incorrectly because a different package rate had been used. Fine -- mistakes happen. I said, "No problem, just charge me the difference." That's when things got ridiculous. The "difference" turned out to be $55. When I questioned the charge, the excuse I was given was that "the post office won't send it." I pushed back because that simply didn't make sense to me. Instead of explaining the charges clearly or trying to work with me, Julie refused to send my packages at all. So let me understand this: I come in with 10 packages, pay what I'm quoted, leave, and then get a call the next day saying I owe another $55 because the wrong rate was entered. When I question it, I'm told the post office won't send it -- and when I push back, you refuse to ship my packages. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Apparently private mail centers can add their own fees and charges, and I was told I had received a "discount." Thanks, but no thanks. I'd rather know exactly what I'm paying and not be surprised afterward. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, especially under the new ownership. This was not the customer service I experienced here before. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Support your local post office.
