Zero customer service! Aiden himself is really rude with costumers. They hardly answer the phone and most of the times phone is busy!!! They had missing items in our order but they blaming everything on us. I hate to write a bad review for my favorite Persian kebab place but today I had the worst customer service experience. I have been ordering food from this place for the past three years and they never disappoint. I placed my order for 2 chicken beef plates and 2 beef soltani plates. My dad picked up the order from the store and as always he didn't had to check because they never make a mistake. Unfortunately instead of 2 chicken beef plates they put 2 twin-ing plates and I called the store to let them know that they made a mistake but the guy on the phone was really rude and unprofessional. I was ready to drive all the way back and take the food to get what I ordered but the guy said we can't take the food back but if u want you can pay again and get a new one. I am really disappointed because It was their mistake and instead of an apology or even a refund back the guy started arguing on the phone that it was our mistake. I love this place but unfortunately I will not order from this place anymore and also I will not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Me, my friends and brother were looking for something loa to eat when we we saw Aidens grill off foothill. We decided to try it and we were not disappointed! Aiden himself treated us with great hospitality and even brought out some samples for is to try. That's when we knew that he had pride in his cooking. The Luleh plate was amazing as well as the different dips we ordered. The cold yogurt soup is also a must try. This is the first place I've ever ordered a Cornish hen plate and they don't give you an entire bird. Their's was literally half the bird and I felt extremely ripped off. Their plates taste good but very small portions and quite pricey, they recently jacked up their prices. Not good business practice. read more

As an expert Armenian bbqer and a tough critique I will say this restaurant has great food. All kabobs are good, while hard for me to stay away from the beefs, I love the salmon plate, soft and full of flavor. You get decent size of meat as well. Delicious Persian food. The meats were all succulent and flavorful. We sampled the flap steak, chicken breast, and both beef and chicken koobideh. The hummus was tangy and fresh. Most of the sides are prepackaged in the deli case so you can see exactly how much you're getting before you order. If you're getting it to go, I recommend calling in your order.
