I'm so happy that Aguamiel came into the Key Biscayne Community Center and made their home there. They offer a variety of coffee, from espressos to cold brew. They have seasonal drip coffee, cappuccinos, cortaditos, and a bunch of other options. They also have non-coffee drinks like hot chocolate, chai lattes, tea, and my daughter's favorite, the Blue Moon Latte. I have tried pretty much everything they have to offer. Yum. They offer different treats too. You can grab a yogurt parfait, fresh fruit, coconut water, or something warm like empanadas and baked goods. My daughter loves the mini pan de bonos, and they warm them up, which makes them even better. One of my favorite things is that you can also find protein shakes and smoothies, plus all-day breakfast. Their avocado toast is top-notch. Chef's kiss. The space itself is beautifully designed. They have family-style tables, benches, high tops, and little tables where you can sit and hang with friends. They really thought this through. It's cozy and inviting. More than anything, I love that they've made this part of the community center feel like a true hangout spot. It's like a cozy little coffee shop inside the center. It's perfect for parents to relax while the kids enjoy the space. You'll see people sitting around having a good time, enjoying coffee and each other's company. It really feels like your local coffee shop. They remember your name, your order, and they're kind to both adults and kids. It's just a lovely place to be, and I'm so grateful they exist. If you're ever in Key Biscayne, visit Aguamiel. And if you live in locally and haven't gone yet-- what are you waiting for? You're missing out!

Great spot to get a drink ! Even though the place is kinda hidden. You can grab a quick bite there also.

Unassuming restaurant in the middle of Key Biscayne. We outed to sit outside since the weather was…read morenice. Service was attentive. Food was great! Various options for milanesas, different types of meats and topping available. The breading was tasty and crunchy and the toppings were a nice pairing! Each milanesa comes with a side dish, so yourself a favor and order the mash potatoes- one of the best ones I've ever had! Portions were big and easily shareable between 2 people!

This restaurant must've been different to get the kinds of reviews it's gotten in the past. One of…read morethe worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. What was wrong with it? In a word everything. The decor is not awful itself, but feels a little industrial, with televisions plunked over the walls. But the service and the food just take it to a different level of bad. Our waitress hadn't the faintest clue to what she was doing. She asked how well done we wanted our carpaccio. She so clearly didn't know what she was doing, I had her recite our orders back to me. How could she mess that up? Good question. How about serving all of the food at one time, appetizers and main course? We had carpaccio, supposedly Argentine beef; a pancho; a filet mignon; and Milanezza Martin. Starting with the semi edible, the fillet was not good, the presentation was awful, stock dry on its own on a black plate, with mashed potatoes in a separate ramekin on the side, and the sad chimichurri sauce also in a separate ramekin, but you could swallow it. Everything else was a disgrace. The milanezza was junk they got out of the fridge and microwave before they planted it on the table. My daughter found it literally non-edible, and she is the kindest of diners. She said it tasted like the fridge... A kind way of putting it The pancho was a profoundly bland hot dog in a stale bun. But the "carpaccio" took pride of place. Simultaneously part-frozen and decaying beef, of which my daughter took a bite, and then was stuck finding a polite way to spit it into a napkin. North of inedible. All of this terrible food was put onto our table at one time, about three minutes after we ordered it, because obviously it had just been defrosted in the microwave. And to add insult to injury, the waitress came by, with a toothy, TGIF smile, and said how are we doing? Bloody awful is the only answer. In a move that clearly reflects where the restaurant is at, I noticed they put 19% automatically on the bill for "service". Then they had the cojones to ask for more of a tip when you sign electronically on the tableside device. I looked at the waitress incredulously with raised eyebrows, and that was that. Never again.
