My husband added the butter to his and thought it added a lot however I was quite happy eating it as is. It was just plump full of lobster and the roll was also good. They also offer lobster in a stuffed avocado and a couple of different seafood rolls as well. We will definitely be keeping our eye out for this food truck in the future.
