After seeing her nails, I decided to go in to see if they would refund her, when I asked to speak to the owner I was told neither of the owners were there (yet they were the ones talking to me and I knew that) I simply explained the situation and that my friend was covered in nail polish, glue, and blood from her service. I arrived 15min early and they didn't take me until 30min after my original booking time. Since I had never been here before I did not know their technique (most nail salons I go to typically soak the acrylic off, but this one filed it). I told them I booked a full set and not a fill, and they tried to argue with me until finally pulling up my appointment request. At this point I had already been there for over an hour. They rushed through taking the rest of the acrylic off but CUTTING my natural nails down. Needless to say I was not happy. I have been growing my nails since the spring of last year and while I have been trimming them, they have not broken nor have they been as short to my fingertips in a long time. They blamed me for not asking for a soak off - that it wasn't their fault for the way they took the acrylic off and cutting my nails. I had to get extensions added to them at this appointment. At the end, I obviously understood the price would be different from the original booking, but it was not communicated throughout how much different it would be. I do not recommend this place. They also made a comment about me being from another state that suggested that I was to blame for the service not going as planned. They didn't take any accountability. I just can't believe I was there for over 2 hours and left upset.
