We had about 2k worth of leftover marble from the project and were told we could pick it up. Multiple trips there and they weren't able to locate it or that the person who knew where it was was mysteriously not there. I had a marble table that broke and planned to have them make a new surface for it so I was told to bring it down and they could do it once they find the material. At this point my emails get ignored, my phone calls started getting screened (I know this because my wife called from a different number immediately after me and they picked up), and I still have no materials nor the table legs. Horrible customer experience from the administrative side of things.

We visited the shop and met with Sarah and showed her our kitchen layout. She showed us some slabs she had in stock and gave us a list of some slab yards in the area to look at. After viewing several yards we picked 2 slabs at All Natural Stone and Sarah had them brought to her shop. Afrain came out to install plywood on to the cabinets and made the templates. We did a viewing of the templates on the slabs to see the flow and design. Then Afrain and team came back for the install. He did a great job getting the pieces to match and making the island waterfall look awesome! I highly recommend Best Marble & Granite for doing a great job with all the details and excellent work. And their prices are fair and reasonable too.

They did not use any ventilation and left the bathroom door open, producing so much dust that it set off the smoke detector. The niche was not set square and had to be redone, which cracked a porcelain tile (the main contractor later replaced it). When I raised these concerns, their response was that they "usually get compliments on how clean" they are. Professional finish, but better dust control and attention to detail are needed.

We hired a general contractor and agreed to use all of their selected subcontractors except for a small subset we insisted on selecting ourselves, including Custom Stone. Custom Stone came highly recommended by multiple stone suppliers and other fabricators in the Bay Area. The scope of our stone installation was large and it was critically important that we select a fabricator who had experience with higher-end homes and highest-quality installations. Our scope included a master bathroom consisting of a double vanity, an 8' tall all-slab master shower and an undermounted roman master bathtub; a large kitchen with multiple stone surfaces including a 12' x 9' island; two guest bathrooms with marble slab vanities; a guest bathroom all-slab shower; an all-slab marble surround and hearth for a 42" fireplace; a custom designed and constructed semi-precious slab backlit bar; and an outdoor BBQ counter with Neolith. At the outset of the project, Custom Stone joined us during trips to various stone yards, advised us on the considerations of different materials, and helped us to obtain the most competitive pricing with their relationships. During the fabrication process, Custom Stone sent us multiple detailed design mock-ups and welcomed us to participate in the process. They recently invested in state-of-the-art fabrication equipment and technology that enables Contractors and Owners to see exactly what output they can expect, and to efficiently and flexibly provide input into the design and configuration decisions. For example, their new 3-D Laser measuring system and real-time digital vein-matching software allowed us to approve our slab layout before the fabrication started. Custom Stone's CNC waterjet cutting machine enabled exceptionally precise cuts on the material that we didn't find possible with other fabrication firms, allowing Custom Stone to produce the highest-quality end products for our project. Custom Stone's work is uncontestably one of the highlights of the new home and has significantly enhanced its aesthetic and value. We cannot speak highly enough of their work and the process of working with them. They worked and collaborated well with other trades/subcontractors, offered up creative solutions and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to quality. When we were selecting our stone subcontractor, we considered five (5) criteria in the following stack-ranked order: (1) precision in design and craftsmanship, and attention to detail; (2) knowledge of products/materials; (3) design skill in assembling pieces to create contiguous and less visible seams; (4) use of current technology and tools; and (5) reliable and on schedule. Custom Stone achieved the highest marks across all five criteria. We would certainly recommend and hire them again for whatever scope project we consider in the future.

BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU DID YOUR JOB! Even tried to blame our fabricator when he thought it was delivered and finds out they never did. Then JOGREET FINALLY WANTS TO APOLOGIZE & SAY YOU HAVE TWO CHOICES EITHER WE GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK OR WE CAN DELIVER IT ON MONDAY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS OWNER! ESPECIALLY when people are spending thousands they want someone they can trust. Thank goodness we found out how you conduct business. We know where we will not be buying our stone from now after this 4th interaction. LET ME FIRST SAY AS WELL, OUR VERY FIRST VISIT OF THIS PLACE THEY WEARNT OPEN ON THE TIME THAT SHOWS ON THE DOOR WE WERE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN AND NO ONE WAS THERE WE WAITED ALMOST 20 min after and someone finally came to open the store. That should have been our clue and red flag right there how they conduct their business unprofessionally. 2nd time we come here they say they dont have a stone there we're looking for. Have us drive ALL the way to there Brisbane store only to find out they DID have the stone @Dublin location. So, we had to drive all the way back in commuter traffic to make it before they closed & using gas for these people poor professionalism and unorganized business practices. 3rd interaction we purchased the stone, PIF, tell them where we want it delivered AND told will be delivered. Only to find out they never delivered it!! I even told the owner you think you would have had a paper on the stone of the delivery date where it's going and she said it's in there systems. Well ma'am your system isn't working for you. How did you not see a SOLD stone SITTING THERE that was suppose to be delivered months ago? Is this someone you want to do business with? AGAIN, WONT BE BACK AFTER THE MULTIPLE TIMES OF UNPROFESSIONALISM AND UNORGANIZED BUSINESS WHEN SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I WANT A BUSINESS THAT HAS THERE STUFF TOGETHER AND I CAN TRUST! Update to Jogreet--I'm disappointed in the way you handled things. I def think a discount should have been provided for the poor customer service and something that was paid in full and should have been delivered months ago that wasn't. Also trying to initially place blame on us the customers and then our fabricator for the reason why it wasn't delivered yet. And how it was our fault for some reason. Then you decided to finally apologize after the fact. (Which I see there is another review about you guys doing that same thing placing blame on others for your mistakes then apologizing.) I wrote a review and told you I was writing a review so people are aware of how you conducted business with me bc when people are spending thousands it's important finding someone who is professional and organized in something I regard as important and I know others do as well. You didn't care and informed me I had two choices to choose from. Either refund after months of our slab being paid for or delivery Monday. Those were the choices you gave me and said I had to choose from after everything. I will include receipts just to show you and others timeline that my review is as presented. Went in 4/20/26 picked out our slab after driving back and forth to both of your warehouses that day. Thought we needed two slabs, contractor told us 5/5/26 only needed one. Called LRG and paid in full for the one slab 5/6/26. Even tho we were told we only needed to pay a percentage we paid in full bc we were ready for delivery. Spoke to fabricator and LRG stone and scheduled a delivery date on 5/7/27. (The day we decided who our fabricator was invoice from fabricator was sent and we called and confirmed the delivery date on 5/14/26 a day prior to when it was suppose to be delivered 5/15/26 and it was confirmed.) Assumed your company did their job and it was delivered and ready to go. Did not think we needed to check again and call months later like you had the audacity to say to me to see if your company did their job as we already confirmed a day prior to the set delivery date. Our fabricator went on vacation and was booked up thinking he had the slab in his possession bc he informed us he confirmed with you guys as well. Had appts with him on the slab that was suppose to have been delivered that then got rescheduled again still thinking he had it in his possession bc why would we have an appt if slab wasn't in his possession. To have a meeting with him today 7/31/26 on how we want it cut to find out by surprise from him and us it wasn't even delivered 5/15/26. The fabricator was surprised as us bc they informed us they confirmed in May the delivery as well. That is pretty accurate you and your team ignored a SOLD/PAID for slab that was sitting there that should have been delivered in May when we paid invoices and confirmed delivery dates. We're highly disappointed Jogreet.

For some reason there are a bunch of these marble/granite suppliers clustered all in the same area in San Leandro, some even right next to each other. So after going to maybe 6 or 7 places in San Leandro, I can say that Eurostone stood out as one of the better places to check out for a few reasons: 1) They had a pretty nice selection of slabs to choose from. Most of the places all had the same kind of slabs, but this place had some that we did not see at the other places. For instance, being Taiwanese, the Hualien Jade marble slab from Taiwan stood out to us. We didn't see that at any other place. 2) Their prices are really really outstanding. Much better than other places. For the marble slabs that we were looking at, the price was between $9 and $12 per sq. ft. Of all the places we looked at, this place was by far the most cheapest. 3) They only provide materials and do not do any fabrication here. But fortunately, they had a 3 page list of contractors that they recommend. That was super-helpful for us. 4) The quality of the stone was above average. Some of the other places that we went to kept their slabs outside in the open. That can't be good for the slabs, being exposed to the elements. While their slabs seemed to be above average and better than most places we went to in San Leandro, the quality of the stone did not seem to be as good as the stone at IRG (in Brisbane or Dublin). Of course IRG's stone was more expensive, so you get what you pay for. I think if you're on a tight budget and want pretty decent quality, then definitely check out Eurostone.

Was very frustrating for my main contractor, who also had to do stuff for them, at a moments notice, that he had never had to do for any other fabricator/installer. Bottom line--but your stone there and hire a separate fabricator to cut and install.

If you want to hear about the overall experience and level of service, then read on... I started off my search by messaging multiple people/companies about countertop fabrication and installation. Some messaged me back, some gave very minimal responses, some places had high prices, some didn't have time for all of my questions. This is the first time I've done any countertop work and I did a lot of research on many different places and scoured the Hayward/San Leandro area and beyond to look at different countertops, designs, etc. Alvaro always responded to all my messages and emails. Every single time. Sometimes my messages would be weeks apart. When I finally made my decision to go with him, it was well over a month from when I first contacted him. He stuck with me all along the way and that left an impression on me, especially in this type of business. I had a few strange questions about different options and configurations of the counters and he was always responsive with open and honest opinions and information. Once I finally picked out my material, he met me at the shop where I purchased the counter to check out the material and he helped me make sure we were getting a good piece that wasn't too warped. All of this helped reassure me that he approved of my selection and that his trained eye could notice things that I wouldn't be able to notice on my own. He picked up the slab with his truck and took it off to fabricate and cut. He showed up a few days later for the install and it was done in no time. Oh, I forgot to mention that he stopped by and did a consultation and looked everything over and provided a ton of really helpful advice and analysis of the job, how he would suggest doing it, what he wouldn't suggest etc. He also brought some samples with him for me to check out and offered a great price on countertops that he already had on hand. The entire experience is everything that you would hope for in a countertop install. I will recommend him to anyone that need any countertop work. The pricing was some of the best I could find, the work was high quality (still looking great and holding up 7 months in) and Alvaro was a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much for everything!
