He frankly shared an honest feedback on the work done on our first bathroom. He literally spotted all the issues that were bothering us (and then some) in first few minutes. HBKB crew is quite busy so getting to the calendar took some time, but they are worth the wait. Wei is extremely prompt in responding and keeps you up to date with the progress. All the area of the house that could get dust from the work were properly covered, floor was nicely protected. Every day the crew would clean up so that even from outside there is no trash laying around. The bathroom took a little over 2 weeks and we are very happy with the result. The finish is much better. We can totally compare with our first bathroom and tell what difference does it make to go to the professionals. All the team members were very professional, courteous and hardworking. We are quite certain that we would reach out to HBKB for our next home project.

We first came here on a Friday and bought to 2 expensive doors. Great service 2 different…read moreemployees helped us. No issues Monday through Friday. I am giving only 2 stars for the weekend crew. One day was a Saturday and I went and bought some Simpson metal brackets. They were right in front of a sticker that said 1.67 each so I grabbed like 30. When I checked out I looked at my receipt and it showed they charged me 3.67 each. I went back and they said the sku doesn't match what the placard priced had it as. I got my money back and went to Lowes. This sunday we went to get some paving stones for a project. They told us to go to the warehouse and someone would write up a ticket. There was no one in the warehouse. We went back to the front desk and asked for assistance and they said they will call the employee. The radio he should have answered was just sitting on a desk. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I had parked my truck inside a gated area. When we went to leave there was no one at the guard booth and we couldn't get out. I went inside the booth looking for a switch to let us out. A guard came out and asked for our ticket, I said no one helped us so we are leaving. They still made us wait until the warehouse person could write our vehicle down. I told them we didn't have anything and they could look because once again we were going to Lowes. The whole weekend staff is a joke and they just sit around the desks in the front and gossip. No one is trying to help customers. I suggest closed your. building on weekends.
