Tony was extremely friendly, responsive, and presented a very polished proposal and rendering, which is why I chose him over three other companies that I received quotes from. Everything appeared professional and legitimate. After taking my deposit, they showed up only twice in four months and completed just one of the six installations. After that, they completely disappeared. Tony stopped responding to calls, texts, and emails. He took a large deposit and failed to deliver the agreed-upon services. Bottom line: HE STOLE MY MONEY. I found AG Glazer on Internet and contacted them for a very good size job, which could be too big for them. We made an appointment like any other company to see and estimate the costs. But unfortunately nobody showed up, I tried to reach somebody on the phone several times , left messages. I even sent them an email just in case they see their emails faster than hearing voicemails. I was waiting for one hour and didn't get any respond. Accidents could happen, but as a professional company at least what I could do is to contact the client the next day, apologize and try to reschedule. Wonderful service!! My house is older and a lot of my large bathroom mirrors were coming loose and creating a safety hazard. I called them up and they came out promptly and gave me an estimate. They had to removed the mirrors and re adhered them to the walls. I thought it would take hours but they had the job finished in a little over 1 hour.
