This company installed a shower door for a bathroom remodel. They left a 1/2 inch gap and guess what happened? Water leaked out. They came back in placed a rounded something or another that still left a gap and water still leaks out. My old shower was very old, ugly & cheap looking. However, it did not leak. Expectations for a new shower is that is should not leak. Too much to ask? read more

Had these guys come out and install a large mirror and shower enclosure. Couldn't have asked for a better job! If you need anything glass these are the ones that you want to use. read more

The quality of the shower doors is excellent. The installers were cordial and friendly. After the work was completed, we noticed a hole in our custom stone shower threshold. I reached out to our contractor and he said he spoke with Stuart about this. Stuart told him that he spoke with the installers and they denied drilling the hole. Looking at the photo you can clearly see that the hole is directly across from the bracket that holds the glass. Sad that they wont take ownership and responsibility of the issue. Now, my contractor needs to find someone to fix this mistake. read more

Stuart installed our frameless Shower enclosure years ago. It gave our master bathroom an amazing and modern upgrade. It's been years since and we've had zero issues with it. Just incredible quality and installation. This past week we repaired a window in our home office that had a broken balance...and also updated the neglected shower enclosure in our kids bathroom with a new one. Two of Stuart's employees Mike and Justin performed both jobs in what must've only been 1/2 hour!! I was so impressed with the capabilities and execution from these young men. Everything was executed flawlessly. I can't recommend this company enough. Such a great contractor and company to deal with. Will definitely use them in the future!!..A++++ read more

They were very responsive and quick to come out and fix our shower door. They were also reasonably priced.

I called the company at 7:30am and by 7:45 I was texting with Stuart and arranging a time for someone to come out to help reinstall my shower pivot door that had completed fallen off. Logan and Jack arrived within the time frame scheduled, were polite, and did a great job! Keep up the good work!! read more

Had a fabulous experience using this company! Priced out a few places for us to get a new shower door. Leo the salesman came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable; he showed he was listening by providing us options that worked best for us given the project. Pricing is on par with the other best companies, so went with them due to Leo's speed in giving me a quote and his manner. Devon and Mikey came out today to do the install, and they were extremely professional and courteous. They got the job done in the time they quoted, and were respectful during the process and with clean up! Shower door looks amazing and would definitely use them again!!!! read more

Valencia Custom Shower Doors did a wonderful job installing the custom glass on my new shower. Their selection of design choices was great. I went with a brushed gold colored finish on the hardware and added a much needed towel bar on the stationary part of the glass. The highlight of the shower is the Starphire low iron glass which was the perfect option for my subtle cream colored design. It really showcases the tiles true color and beauty. We also added a 10 foot long beveled mirror, which I feel was absolutely worth it, to top off the entire new bathroom design. A great big thank you to Stuart, Mike, Leo and the rest of the Valencia Shower team. read more

THe first time I walked in, the guy in the shop was extremely helpful regarding the repair of an original shower door from 1968. THe second time I went in, he had my glass pane ready in one day. My handyman cracked it, the shop had it ready by 8:30 the next morning, in time for my FHA appraisal. THis shop is my preferred go-to lass shop now. read more

I phoned the company to get and estimate for a 60x42 mirror that needs to be replaced after a recent master bathroom remodel. I didn't get far with the nice gentleman on the phone or even and estimate for that matter. After asking if they serviced my area I was advised to reach out to someone in my local area for that type of project. The gentleman didn't give me a reply "no miss we don't service your area" which brings me to believe that my current project wasn't lucrative enough for their company. read more

What a wonderful company! I had contacted about 3 or 4 other companies to replace one panel of a sliding shower door that had shattered. One company wanted to charge a huge price; another said it couldn't match the glass. Finally, I researched further and called Valencia Custom Shower Doors. I am so glad I did. Not only did they respond immediately, but on the phone they were personable and quoted a very good estimate that ended remaining the same price. Logan came and measured and then a week later, in fact just today, installed the new glass door, quickly and efficiently. I am absolutely happy with the new door and the great service. read more

This place is the best!!! I have a frameless glass shower. The hinges on the door somehow got tweaked and would not close properly. About a 4" gap, meaning whenever the shower was used, the tile floor would get soaked. I had called 3 different shower door repair businesses. Whether the job was too small, I don't know, but was ignored by 2 and stood up by one. I was very upset. Then I called Valencia Custom Shower Doors. Stuart had me send pictures of the door and shower enclosure. He immediately texted me back and said looked like the hinges needed adjustment and we made an appointment for someone to come out the very next day. Two very nice, knowledgeable and professional men (Devon and Matt) arrived, on time, with all the tools needed to complete the job in about half an hour. They fixed my door and and installed new seals. Perfect!!! I was impressed. Even though the job was small, it was treated like a million dollar deal! Will be calling them when the other bathroom in the house is remodeled. Thank you so much guys!! :-) read more

Stuart and his crew did a fantastic job installing our new shower glass. Easy to work with, kept appointments, affordable, good advice and very honest about not trying to upsell us into glass that we did not need. Seriously appreciate that kind of integrity in a contractor of any kind. read more

Their staff were patient and helpful in answering all questions about the process. They did a great job with the installation of the shower door, and cleaned up everything afterwards, respecting the home as if it were their own. There was one small spot that the caulking didn't take and water was tricking through and they immediately set up a time to come redo that portion and ensure a solid seal with no leaks. Valencia Custom Shower Doors - Master Bath Shower door - General Contractors Near Me - Valencia, California

I used these guys to install a new shower door in 2015 and they did a great job. Last week, when one of the hinges on the shower door broke apart, I had them come out and replace both hinges on the door. Mikey G. arrived (same day!) and was excellent in installing the new hinges. He was nice and did great work. The only thing that is preventing me from giving them five stars is the price. The cost of the two hinges and installation was around half of what I paid for the full cost of a new shower door and installation back in 2015. Yes, I know that was nine years ago, but I didn't expect the cost for just new hinges to be around half of what I paid for the full glass door and installation. I would still recommend them, just be aware the price may be on the high side. read more

I can't figure the owner out. There were so many strange feelings with him that I should of passed this business over. But after several months I am still feeling awful about my experience with him. He's passive-aggressive. He could be very friendly one moment then when you come into his place of business he could be the most rude fool ever (maybe it's because he got your money). Yet he is sensitive but not sensitive enough when he is rude to you. Anyways, I don't think I would ever do business with him again. The 3 stars is for the quality of the glass I ordered. read more
