Joe and his guys were great! Very professional and more than accommodating. Fair price! I loved that they took their time and did a meticulous job. Rare these days. Real pride in the work. This was a small job but the way I was treated was like it was a multi million dollar home. Very respectful and responsive to my questions. Also rare these days. I highly recommend Window pros. WindowPros is top notch service. Had them out to install a doggy door in my wall. They quickly found where I wanted couldn't be done because a support beam was there. So happy I didn't do a DIY project. Couple feet over and it looks and works amazing. They also installed a beautiful 3 panel glass sliding door to my yard after that experience. Quality work, the guys treat your home very clean as well. Was very impressed by that on top Of the work. Thank you WindowPro read more

Nice work. Windows look great and are very quiet compared to our older duel lane windows. Very professional workers. Drop cloth placed on carpet and even so the carpet was vacuumed. Four windows were installed in about four hours. Couldn't ask for better work. read more

What looked like a potential bullet hole in my bedroom window, turned out to be an innocent rogue tennis ball impact. WindowPros came recommended, and the job was quoted and completed in a seamless manner. Window looks brand new, and matches the rest perfectly. Joe and his crew were knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. In a world where so many companies make it stressful to work with them, WindowPros competence and professionalism was so refreshing and made the process easy and worry-free. read more

It started with a call to Joe Osbron, he came out to see 3 older window seals with water pouring into my house up stairs and down stairs. I had recently got a quote from a competitor, and he not only had amazing prices, but got it done much sooner then I anticipated. I've never done a yelp review before, but the professionalism and honesty I felt I got from Joe led me here. I will hands down vouch and highly recommend Joe Osbron and Window Pros. Quality work and my windows look great, thank you again. read more

My entire experience with Joe and Window Pros has been fantastic. Joe gave a very fair quote for 4 new windows in my home- a fraction of the price I was quoted at many other places. I recently moved into an older home and wanted to replace the 60-year-old single pane windows. My realtor gave Joe and Window Pros the highest recommendation, and now I know why! From the first phone call, through the quote process, to installation, Joe and his team were absolutely first rate. Joe was so patient answering all our questions, explaining the process, taking measurements and, yes, giving us the quote the same day he came out for the initial meeting! The prices were much more reasonable than we had expected, and the quality of both the staff and the Milgard windows exceeded even our expectations! Joe has fantastic communication skills, returns texts and calls promptly, and kept us informed of every step (due to supply chain issues, the windows took several weeks longer than in the past, but our beautiful windows are worth the wait). On installation day, Eddie and Dino took over and they are true craftsmen and ultimate professionals! It took about a day and a half to transform our home. Bring on the heat or the cold. Thanks to Joe and his team at WindowPros, we're ready and so very happy! read more

Joe Osbron is outstanding guy. Runs his business professionally and does excellent work. He put in new windows in my house 9 years ago. I added another window to a new room and used him again. The Milgaurd product is top of the line. In fact the old windows he installed still hold up so well, you can't tell the difference from the new one he installed this year. read more

Will add my words of praise to the other reviewers speaking highly of Joe Osbron and WindowPros. We had a broken Milgard brand double pane window needing replacement (both panes were broken as a result of a burglary). Milgard recommended two names. One made a trip out of his way (Santa Clarita) to measure and call in the order for replacement glass, while the other (WLA local) never even called back. I'll let you guess who provided the superior service.... ok, ok, it was Joe! If his excellent communication, follow through, and workmanship weren't enough, he's just flat out a very likable person you feel you can trust. Will recommend Joe to anyone needing window repair service. read more

We couldn't be happier with our new windows and would gladly recommend WindowPros to anyone. Joe Osbron is both honest and professional. During our consultation, he spent a good deal of time with us to figure out what we really wanted. The windows arrived exactly when he said they would. On our installation days, he and his crew showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They left our property cleaner than they actually found it, and there was no trace of them when they left except for our beautiful brand new windows! They were careful and precise with their work, and if Joe was displeased with something, he spent the time to fix it and make sure it was up to his standards. We may be adding on to our home in the future and will call WindowPros without question or hesitation! read more
