We had a broken Milgard brand double pane window needing replacement (both panes were broken as a result of a burglary). Milgard recommended two names. One made a trip out of his way (Santa Clarita) to measure and call in the order for replacement glass, while the other (WLA local) never even called back. I'll let you guess who provided the superior service.... ok, ok, it was Joe! If his excellent communication, follow through, and workmanship weren't enough, he's just flat out a very likable person you feel you can trust.
