They are beyond versatile (do all kinds of iron work), as well as being skilled artisan craftsmen. Sam and his dad (a master iron craftsman) are the loveliest of people-- communicative, honest, easy to deal with, and invested in doing the best work possible. They take great pride in their work. It took me years to find someone who could imagine the kind of railing design I needed for my 1926 uneven unique wall. No one but their company suggested this design and were able to pull it off without a hitch. The pictures speak for themselves. Look no further if you are wanting a fantastically skilled company, reasonable prices, and gems to work with. THANK YOU EXOTIC IRON WORKS!!

From the…read morefirst on-site consultation they impressed us with thoughtful design suggestions--matching the gentle curve of the street, integrating warm hardwood caps, and spacing the balusters so the planting beds still breathe. Their craftsmanship is flawless: every weld is clean, the powder-coat is even, and the wood inlays sit perfectly flush with the metal frame. Sam's father personally checked each panel for plumb and level, and the team worked long days to finish ahead of schedule without cutting corners. They left the site spotless, even hauling away the old fencing and sweeping the driveway. Beyond the technical excellence, communication was a breeze. Sam texted progress photos, confirmed small details (hinge style, post-top finials) before committing, and honored the original quote to the penny. If you want ironwork that's equal parts art and engineering--delivered by people who treat your project like their own home--hire Exotic Iron Works. The results are stunning, and the experience is just as impressive.

I decided to have my deck refinished by Patios4All and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, they showed me a few stain options, they performed some light sanding to the surface and applied 2 coats. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I will probably stretch it for a few more years and have it replaced for a trex deck so no maintenance, but I do know who I would call when the time comes.

I didn't want a fresh powder coat job on a damaged gate, so I Yelped for welding services close to me. I called Precision Welding and Adan answered and came over to my house within the hour. He was going to give me an estimate for replacing the steel plate. The gate is a little smaller than 4' x 6'. To my surprise, he told me they could take it over to his guy that does powder coating. That sealed the deal for me. We texted back and forth and we set up an appointment to get the job done. My gate was removed on a Tuesday and was reinstalled as good as new by Friday afternoon (I was told Friday, Saturday at the latest). This was important to me because I have three dogs and a pool. I'm old school and like to have a written contract, but I realize that nowadays texting serves the same purpose. Great craftsmanship, excellent communication, great value, all in timely fashion. The old setup would slam shut, especially on windy days, cracking the brick wall. I've been afraid I would have to replace my wall. Note that the side rails need to be painted. We didn't want to remove them because they are inside my new pavers. I received a can of paint and will do that myself.
