My hands stiffen very easily on their own, and most of the time I can't feel when it happens. When this has occurred in other nail salons, those nail techs communicated with me professionally, asking me to relax my hands with a kind tone. I gave the place a second chance and let them know what happened. They took none of the blame and simply said that I didn't let it dry long enough. (I don't have control over when the manicurist tells me to take my hand out or put it in. I just follow the directions. I'm not the expert.) This second time my nail started popping up within two days. I am really upset about this after spending all of that money. On another note, my daughter asked for her nails to be shorter, and the woman who is doing her nails, convinced her not to shorten her nails.
