So they were gone to me. I went to ubreakifix and they said they couldn't do anything about it. At all! I was even more crushed. Decided to take a chance on a second place and so glad I chose this place! I dropped my phone off on a Thursday (1hr before they closed) and now I've got it back on a Monday A man named Andy was my main helper though everyone in there was super kind. They all sought to show me what exactly they might be doing even though I don't quite have the technical knowledge to understand it all. Altogether they managed to get my data onto an external hard drive and semi-fix my phone for a very fair price. I had only asked for the data! So this made my week. If you're running into any data issues and think your phone is irreparable for whatever reason try these guys out before giving up! It looks like a small business so be patient since your phone isn't the only one they'll be working on of course. And they take their time to try their best! So thankful!! Thank you Andy and the rest!!

WARNING!! While the…read moreperson who did the repairs was nice, they didn't inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!

I JUST finished paying for the phone (Samsung) and didn't want to shell out $900 for an upgrade. A brief online search led me to Device Doctor. They are currently working out of a small office on the second floor. My repairman was Ash, who was very friendly and helpful. The repair was completed in 30 minutes and cost $80. While I waited, I walked to the nearby Wayback Burger for lunch (separate review). Bottom line: the service was quick, reasonably priced, and now my charging port works like it did when it was new!
