Such a great asset to have, this service! It's so clutch to have a reliable device repair shop owned and operated by a local family business with such a knowledgeable and skilled technician. I dropped my phone off on a Thursday (1hr before they closed) and now I've got it back on a Monday A man named Andy was my main helper though everyone in there was super kind. They all sought to show me what exactly they might be doing even though I don't quite have the technical knowledge to understand it all. If you're running into any data issues and think your phone is irreparable for whatever reason try these guys out before giving up! WARNING!! While the…read moreperson who did the repairs was nice, they didn't inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!
