Great service & great professionalism! I requested for them to come to me because I had a flat tire and I couldn't fix it because my jack & lug wrench was in the trunk but my remote was dead & the trunk lever doesn't work! He came a few hours after I called and fixed the problem in less than five minutes. The fix was probably something simple (I had already replaced the battery) but nevertheless he fixed the problem and I was able to fix my flat tire as well. Pricing was good, could have been cheaper since he literally spent less than five minutes with me but business is business. I am grateful for the help and will come back if I need future services. I had already been waiting on another locksmith for 2 days and couldn't wait any longer. I really wanted to give this guy 5 stars but unfortunately when you don't complete the work and you've been paid and when I contact you, instead of being professional you hang up in my face.....I hired this guy to do the only thing he advertises to program my ram truck key fob. If I hit the lock button and the doors don't lock , and when I hit the unlock button the doors don't unlock , that is a good indication that the key wasn't programmed properly, this is a to be cont, because I paid 150$ dollars and the job isn't complete let's see how he responds to the review.....nobody use this guy until he responds and completes the job he was paid for........alll that said and my doors still don't unlock....I don't care what you have to say I paid you to per gram the key fob, the truck starts but the locks don't lock or unlock anymore. So regardless how many reviews I have this review is about you and how you didn't finish the job, and I gave your ass a tip, so my attitude should t determine if you finish a job or not.....as long as my doors don't work when I push the button on the remote you partially programmed nothing you say even matters ..... you didn't complete the job ....and now the world knows exactly what type of business man you are. A terrible one and you should be ashamed for not doing the whole job. It's ok your competitor will be here in the AM to finish the job you started and got paid for, hanging up in my face shows you are a low life lacking integrity and professionalism.
