Felt more like a "let's see what we can find and write up an estimate on some things they probably don't really need" visit on two 6 year old a/c units . And I didn't receive the recap from visit or estimate or receipt until over a month later. Good thing the extra things they identified weren't critical. Holy Moley! Missed opportunity for them. I always believe that if you do a good job and earn trust on the small things you will get the call when the big ticket items come around. Plus the guy left my recycle bin that he moved in the middle of the street in front of the house instead of the curb. I expected better based on some of the prior reviews for this company.

The crew who came out to the house was exceptionally respectful and helpful. They made sure to lay down mats to prevent dirt and even vacuumed after they were done with the job. They worked straight through til the end of the project. As with any Air Conditioning project, the cost is going to be high. But the benefits, the warranty, and the "extras" Sure Temp was able to work out for me was beyond expectation and made it very financially manageable in this economy. Thanks Sure Temp!!!!

I am more than happy to post screenshots of additional evidence if you'd like.

The guy showed up and…read morelooked at it for 1 minute and immediately said the grinding and loud noise means the washing machine is done and would cost just as much to buy a new machine. So we paid $125 for someone to come and immediately say it's not worth fixing. I think they knew ahead of time it wasn't worth fixing but sent someone out anyway and took our money. Just didn't sit right with us. On another note the tech that came out was very nice and explained the situation. We just feel robbed.

Our LED board light went out in our fridge. Called and ordered a new one since we were still…read moregetting power to the plug. The new board did not work as well so we called Thomas Home Services. They were nice on the phone, stated they would charge us a tech call fee to come out and determine what the issue was which is understandable. They stated after they figure out what the problem is, they would apply the $125 service call to the bill if we moved forward with the repairs. After the service guy came out, which he was very nice and knowledgeable, he stated it was the 2 small switches in front and our transformer underneath. Stated it was $680 - $125 for everything. We agreed but they stated they had to order the parts and they would come back the following week around Tuesday. Tuesday came and we did not hear from them. I called them on Wednesday and they stated the parts came in and would have someone call me. Again, another day went by and no one called. I had to call back in where they told me they could not come out until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and would put us on the 1st stop at 8am. We scheduled for Tuesday. 8:20am came by and no word. I called and asked if someone was coming and the lady stated the service guy had to stop by the parts store to pickup the parts and then would head our way. The guy finally showed up at 8:45am. Mind you, I was advised the previous week by 2 people the parts were in and they already had them on hand. After the service guy installed the 2 switches which took about 10 -15 min, he started on the transformer. After we swapped out the transformer, he proceeded to advise us that it was not the transformer but most likely something with the internal wiring and they would have to pull the built in fridge out and start to tear things apart to find out where the break in the wire was bad. We did not want to spend the money on that. They ended up billing us $400 for 2 switches. I spoke to the manager and he stated they don't charge by the hour, just what the billing time states for the parts. I asked him for a breakdown of labor and parts and he stated they don't do invoices that way. I would assume it is THEIR way of covering all the labor they did on our fridge for something that did not need to be replaced which they misdiagnosed from the beginning. Now, here comes more horrible service: I looked under the fridge to see how things were put back as I had a bad feeling after what they did on the above. The service guy only put 1 screw back on to hold the cover plate. He did not put the other 2 screws on. After I took the cover plate off, the service guy did not put the transformer cover back on as well. He shoved it back under the fridge and put all the screws under the fridge laying on the ground. Every time you call this place, they asked you how they can put a smile on your face. What a joke. I would never use this company nor recommend them. They did not finish the job and wasted our time/money.

I found AZ A/C and Heat Services on Google, read their 5-star reviews across several platforms, and decided to give them a call. From the very first interaction, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Fahim was able to come out right away to assess my AC unit and quickly determined that the compressor had failed. Thankfully, the compressor was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the part for my particular AC unit was not available in Arizona and had to be shipped from California. Even with expedited shipping, it took another two days to arrive. Throughout the entire process, Fahim stayed on top of the shipment and kept me informed every step of the way. As soon as the part arrived, he came out and installed it--even during the hottest part of the day. Fahim's professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine empathy made a stressful situation so much easier. He has absolutely earned my gratitude, my trust, and all of my future AC and heating business. Thank you, Fahim, for taking such great care of me when I really needed it. I highly recommend AZ A/C and Heat Services!
