He verified the information that I gave them on the phone for the 3 rugs I wanted cleaned. Then they took the rugs outside to clean then at our request as we didn't want to chance damaging the wood floors under the rug. They were able to remove the wine stains from the large rug. I haven't received the silk rug back as that has to be done on their premise. I only wish we'd have asked them to come back to bring the rug in. An 11x 14 wool rug was a bit much for us to handle. We will definitely be using these folks again and again and would recommend them without reservation.

When they finally showed up, I'm sure they could tell that I was not happy! The guy (AJ) apologized profusely and explained the reason for their delay. He then said that he would make it up to me. I explained to them that their delay could in no way delay me for my appointment, so whatever they they needed to do would have to be done quickly! I have light carpet. Although I do my best to remove my shoes, high traffic areas are extremely visible with light carpet. Not to mention, my carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year!!! Don't judge me! Well these guys cleaned, cleaned some more, and deodorized my rooms. It was one of the best cleanings, I've had! I was so pleased with the results that I'm extending grace, this time, and giving them a 5 start rating. They were quick, efficient, and I was able to make it to my appointment on time! I will definitely use them again!

I called them on a Thursday afternoon to set up an appointment and they set me up for the next day at 8:30AM! Now, I myself was not there when they arrived as I had to work. But my wife stated that they were prompt, timely and very professional. What I do know first hand is how clean our carpets are and how dirty they used to be! It is a night and day difference! Thanks to Mike and his crew, they did a fantastic job. O, I did knock one star off because they kept trying to gain more business off us by asking if we had drapes, upholstery that we wanted cleaned or if we wanted them to clean our tiles and grout. Ok, I get that you want business but unless I ask for the service, I don't need the service. My wife was slightly annoyed by this, but this doesn't negate that they did a great job on the carpets. If we wanted our tile and grout cleaned, we will use them. Bottom line: Yes. I would use them again and I would refer them to people.

I dropped off my large rug to be cleaned late November and was quoted a turnaround time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called multiple times to get a status update, each time they did not have a status update for me. Then 10 weeks later I receive a bill in the mail with my charge, apparently my rug was ready?? I go pick up the rug and their credit card machine was down, so I left my information with them. I then receive another bill 5 days later saying there is a 30 day late charge and they automatically bill an extra $30 without telling me. On top of everything, and they lost my rug pad and did not claim any responsibility for it! Will be finding somewhere else to go in the future. The rug itself came back clean with all stains removed.

Sheri in the office is a delight and instantly "got me" on…read moremy need for decisiveness and speed and was spot in in getting the COI for our building management. I like/need a high level of communication and got that in spades. Jim and Adam arrived in the promised window and after a walk through to explain the process and ask questions about my problem area they got to work. The smell of that pretreatment as it is mixed and applied is quite potent - but it is a good smell for sure. I mention that because we have an olfactory sensitive staff member who I had wisely told to stay away until we were done. While Fantastic was not the least expensive project quite I received they were very competitive and worked hard to understand my needs and earn my business. They are packing to leave and I could not be more pleased with the clean and freshness of our cheap glue down office carpet. Just because it looks clean doesn't mean it is and I wanted to see the dirty extraction water like always because I find it satisfying to see all that ick going down the drain. They were very careful with our belongings and respectful of our space at all points in the process. The big soup stain and the big Sprite mess at our front door are completely gone and the areas under our chairs that had all those little spots are nice and clean. Would highly highly recommend and will for sure use them again. Adam is apprenticing to James to continue the business and that is always gratifying to me on a personal level to support generational businesses that have survived and thrived.
