Daniel is very amiable, communicative, prompt and professional. He explained everything, and the whole appointment for my master bedroom and stairs was super quick!! Less time than he quoted. He is also an animal lover, so he was good with my pets (the culprit of my carpet appt.). He also gave me some extra deodorizer spray that he had leftover so I may spray some more if desired later. My carpet was clean, deoderized -- most importantly dissendected --- and practically dry by the time he left! He has a great attitude, was quick, efficient, and friendly. His rate came in lower than competitors for my needs and I'd hire them again in a heart beat!

When they finally showed up, I'm sure they could tell that I was not happy! The guy (AJ) apologized profusely and explained the reason for their delay. He then said that he would make it up to me. I explained to them that their delay could in no way delay me for my appointment, so whatever they they needed to do would have to be done quickly! I have light carpet. Although I do my best to remove my shoes, high traffic areas are extremely visible with light carpet. Not to mention, my carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year!!! Don't judge me! Well these guys cleaned, cleaned some more, and deodorized my rooms. It was one of the best cleanings, I've had! I was so pleased with the results that I'm extending grace, this time, and giving them a 5 start rating. They were quick, efficient, and I was able to make it to my appointment on time! I will definitely use them again!

I've tried most carpet cleaners here in Houston, but Mena really cleaned them as good as could be done and it really shows. Because it's a rental my carpets were in terrible shape but they went over every square inch atleast twice and each step on the stairs. In addition, I asked for grout cleaning as well and the results blew me away... It's like I have a new house. If you've never cleaned your floor's grout- do it. It's like new. Their charges were incredibly low compared to the job they did and their competitors. Money well spent. I'm going with Mena every time I need floors cleaned from here on out.

He verified the information that I gave them on the phone for the 3 rugs I wanted cleaned. Then they took the rugs outside to clean then at our request as we didn't want to chance damaging the wood floors under the rug. They were able to remove the wine stains from the large rug. I haven't received the silk rug back as that has to be done on their premise. I only wish we'd have asked them to come back to bring the rug in. An 11x 14 wool rug was a bit much for us to handle. We will definitely be using these folks again and again and would recommend them without reservation.
