Bought a Groupon and had them come out to clean our carpet. I liked that you could book their services on their website. Communications was easy and clear. They did a good job cleaning the carpets in our house that we were trying to sell and made the carpet looked sparkling clean. Would definitely use them again. read more

Basically.... Scheduled an appt for two days out. No confirmation call from the company at least the day before as I would have expected... but no biggie... so I initiated the call and texted Earthly Carpet Cleaning and received no return call or text!!. This company was a no-show and exercised NO professional courtesy to even return my call or text confirming my appt! Found another company that scheduled same day and REPUTABLE! Please do better Earthly Carpet Cleaning read more

Truthfully my initial review was going to be a 1 star! These guys were over 2 hours late with no call to update me. When they finally showed up, I'm sure they could tell that I was not happy! The guy (AJ) apologized profusely and explained the reason for their delay. He then said that he would make it up to me. I explained to them that their delay could in no way delay me for my appointment, so whatever they they needed to do would have to be done quickly! I have light carpet. Although I do my best to remove my shoes, high traffic areas are extremely visible with light carpet. Not to mention, my carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year!!! Don't judge me! Well these guys cleaned, cleaned some more, and deodorized my rooms. It was one of the best cleanings, I've had! I was so pleased with the results that I'm extending grace, this time, and giving them a 5 start rating. They were quick, efficient, and I was able to make it to my appointment on time! I will definitely use them again! read more

So I was looking for a Carpet cleaning company for quite sometime and decided to look on Groupon. After browsing, I came across Earthly Carpet cleaning who was running a promotion at the time. I called them directly and spoke with Anna and she was very informative and the price was almost half of what everyone quoted. After setting up the appointment, I must say Oscar (the technician) was very professional upon arrival/during the cleaning and did an exceptional job! He made sure that all spots and overall carpet was sanitized and cleaned-stain free . He also did my stairs and made them look good as new (I have 2 toddlers so you know how that can be lol). Overall, I highly recommend Earthly Carpet Cleaning and will definitely be using them again. Already planning on using them to clean my tile as well ‼‼‼ Book with them now‼‼‼ read more

Requested service. Never called. I've used them before (about 1.5 yrs ago) and was able to set up an appt but then the tech never showed up. Someone was sent out the following day to clean carpet's. This time just no response. read more

just received service yesterday. everything went Smooth as far as scheduling appointment (next day). Came in, assessed the situation and went right to work. It barely took him 30 min for , essentially 2rooms, 2 closets and stairs (15+). I have a very small hallway that connected the rooms that he went ahead and also did. I really appreciated that. Carpet smells phenomenal and got its fluff back for less than $100-no surprise fees! read more

I purchased a Groupon for this service. 5room+stairs. After some back and forth with AJ about scheduling, we settled on having it done Saturday morning 1/2. The driver called and messaged prior to arrival. Oscar was prompt and thorough and I will be using them as my go to company when I need service again. Thank you guys read more

I called to make an appointment, no one showed up. I called the office and was told that the tech would get in contact with me. A week later, I still have not heard from them. Business must be good. They probably don't know what customer service is all about. Looking at the reviews, they never gave me a chance to see their quality work. read more

Had my appointment for Friday, called me to reschedule for Saturday 3 PM. No one showed up, waste of my time.

This company did a great job cleaning my carpets for an awesome price. Also, they didn't try to "sell me" on any extras!

Very awesome team. Transparent about pricing and carpets look good as new. Eco friendly products and pet friendly.

AJ did a fantastic job making my carpet look brand new! Got out dark stains that I thought was permanent. No chemical after smell. Will hire him again for tile and carpet. read more

So I know a lot of people rated this guy high or whatever but I've booked with him before the storm freeze and he literally stopped pickling my calls ever since. Figured he was taking advantage of the damages folks suffered from the freeze and working on theirs at the expense of mine. No hard feelings but AJ is a corny dude. Promised to come everyday but never show up and ultimately stopped picking calls. Wouldn't even do business with them especially if you want it done in a timely manner. read more

Just had Arturo (A.J.) come to my home and stretch 20 year old carpet in one of my bedrooms we had recently repainted, and he was amazing! He also tightened a few places in the floor under the carpet where it was squeaking! Very fast and professional young man and obviously very skilled at his trade! I would highly recommend him to anyone else and we are going to have him come back and do some more work for us, where we thought we would have to move furniture several rooms, and cut and repair at least 2 or more seams, he says he can do it without moving the furniture AND by only doing ONE seam. And all that on a Sunday at VERY reasonable prices!! If you need any carpet work give this young man a call!! (He said he'd been doing it since he was 13!!). read more
