I get my carpets cleaned alot because I do short term rentals of my house. Marco and his partner took at least TWICE the time and effort of any other service I've hired. I've tried most carpet cleaners here in Houston, but Mena really cleaned them as good as could be done and it really shows. Because it's a rental my carpets were in terrible shape but they went over every square inch atleast twice and each step on the stairs. In addition, I asked for grout cleaning as well and the results blew me away... It's like I have a new house. If you've never cleaned your floor's grout- do it. It's like new. Their charges were incredibly low compared to the job they did and their competitors. Money well spent. I'm going with Mena every time I need floors cleaned from here on out. read more

Excellent work on tile and grout cleaning! Marco and his wife came to clean my natural stone (travertine) and grout cleaning. They were excellent! They are respectful of your property, put down some protective corner guards, on time, good attitude. I'm super happy with the final result! I'm not an expert on this but i think one thing that separates them from other companies is that they use a machine to brush your tiles with the pre-treatment chemical. One of the other company does this by hand which increases labor time and potentially cost. I think this machine is the better option rather than manual brushing. The second machine they use that's circular shape could be bigger in size but i don't think it makes a difference on the final result. It probably simply took a little more time. At the end of the day, i'm SUPER HAPPY with the result and will reuse them again without hesitation. The price was super competitive on top of that! Better than most quotes I received. DON'T HESITATE to use Mena's Cleaning! They are FANTASTIC!! I will probably use them for carpet cleaning next time when it's time. read more

They are very professional, very polite, worked really hard at making sure everything was done to my expectations. They prepared everything in my home and were very careful in handling my furniture and navigating around my house. Needed rugs going up the stairs, upstairs landing and two bedrooms done and they did a great job including getting out marks/stains for a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes I got.
