I ordered my dresses right before Thanksgiving for my wedding and was given an arrival estimate of 12 weeks. Perfect. More than enough time for altering. 12 weeks came. 12 weeks went. 13. 14. Ashley took a lot of her time to track down my dresses - sitting on a loading dock in California and then in Dallas TX - due to a shipping strike! Couldn't believe it. She was so apologetic and kept me in the loop on everything so I was never wondering what was going on or where my dresses were. She was absolutely on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate for me and my bridal party! The dresses came in on time and looked gorgeous. Everybody loved their dresses and I was SO pleased. This was the second bridal shop I had tried to find a wedding dress (something I wasn't even convinced I really wanted). That was until I met Katie in a last minute Saturday morning try on appointment with my future mother-in-law in attendance. She was very friendly, straight forward & made this visit effortless. The experience was comfortable and felt undemanding. What surprised me is; I got a dress that 100% loved on the hanger but was not what I thought I wanted AT ALL! However; when I put it on, I just absolutely loved how fun & unique it was! I'm glad Katie was so honest and had me try on different styles to rule some out. She knew exactly what to add to the gown (straps, belt) and took my feedback and what I liked and adapted throughout the appointment. I felt so supported and beautiful the ENTIRE time. Cassidy messaged back quickly explaining how to book an appointment but also encouraging us to just come in given the circumstance. When we walked in every crew member acknowledged us and Cassidy introduced herself and are consultant, Ace. My expectation was that they would pull out a few dresses that just might fit, however what they had in sizes up to 30 were several dresses in several colors and several styles to choose from. Although Ace was serving another customer she somehow managed to be mindful and ready to help at any moment. My granddaughter tried on several dresses in several styles and was able to even try on a couple that were too big, which is an unusual thing and totally unexpected. Ace was right there to provide feedback on each dress and help making sure it was on properly and suggestions as to modifications that would help it fit best. Each of the dresses were well made with quality material and excellent sewing. When we left the store I truly was not sure if I was more pleased with the dress or more pleased with the experience that they offered. We left with an amazing ball gown that was priced more than fairly, but a day later I have to say what was most valuable was the incredible experience from the first message received back from Cassidy, to every face acknowledging us when we walked in the door to the abundance of beautiful dresses and gowns to choose from, to being able to try on something a bit too big, and the one-on-one assistance Ace was able to provide us. I think of the experience as unexpected because I did not expect to leave the store with a dress and I did not expect the Queen for a Day experience the team provided.
