Melissa was my bridal consultant and she showed so much care for me, my family that had come with me, and even my fiancé who was not with me. She really took the time to get to know me and get to know what my style preferences were and understood what I needed to be able to not get overwhelmed by the options they had. She even let us go past my appointment end time because we were stuck between three options and put me back in each one to see if it could help me narrow it down and it absolutely did. I ended up buying my favorite that day and I am so, so, so excited to wear it for my wedding! If you are in the market for a dress, I highly recommend visiting Melissa and her team, they are amazing!!

When ordering the dress, staff got my color wrong and almost ordered the wrong dress. luckily I caught it. Then told me the dress wasn't out of stock 1 day after telling me there were 3 left in stock. I knew this had to be a mistake and ended up having to talk to 3 different staff members before they could find the correct dress in stock. Now it's a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is literally falling apart at the seams. This should not be happening on a $2,000 dollar dress. I called the store to see what could be done and was informed that nothing could be done and I have to pay to get it fixed myself. As the lady on the phone told me this she did not sound sorry at all and was rather quite rude about it. I am not a fan of people who call businesses just to yell. So I calmly explained the problem and asked what could be done. Imagine my surprise when they informed me they would do nothing about the $2,000 dress falling apart. It was no longer their problem. I am deeply disappointed in their staff and lack of care concerning new brides to be.

You are greeted immediately and taken upstairs to get a tour and have you and your loved ones look through and pick out some favorite gowns. I worked with Kimberly, and she was so attentive and thoughtful. I never felt pressured once and she was a seasoned expert. She knew exactly what to add to the gown (straps, belt) and took my feedback and what I liked and adapted throughout the appointment. I felt so supported and beautiful the ENTIRE time. The gown selection was one of the best I have seen, and they had a wide variety of sizes which I appreciated to really see how the gown will look in real life. The dresses are split up by price point, making it very easy to stay within your budget going into it. I cannot wait for my gown to come in! I love that they have in house alterations to ensure your gown looks absolutely perfect once it arrives.

I've never worn a suit and decided to try bridal connections. Small business, friendly phone staff,…read moreI was expecting it to be just what I needed. I was very wrong, as for men the only options they have are 5 suits in the entryway of the shop. The owner was the one helping me and my mother, to which we had to ignore all her sly comments throughout and making us feel dumb because what we were looking for "just isn't a thing." A cream colored dress shirt isn't a thing? Anyways.. We end up picking the suit right off a picture basically, nothing custom or changed about it, we were settling at this point. Paid, left. Still felt very unhappy, so one hour later we arrived at a different suit store, had exactly everything I wanted and more, they were astounded to hear the story about bridal connections, said they have frequently heard complaints about them. Purchased the exact suit I wanted and everything down to the shoes. Paid $60 less, and called to get a refund from bridal connections maybe 2 hours since leaving their store. Bridal connections told us NO refund, even though they haven't ordered the suit or sent the work order in yet, we still don't get a refund since we already paid for it. She cancelled the paperwork, and told me I'm out of luck bud. We are disputing the charge with our bank of course since no service was performed or received. Overall sorry for the long book I just wrote, I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at any other place , at least for suits. This is a MONEY GRAB and a SLIMEY way for a "small business" to do business. The insults we received, the terrible quality suits and small amount of options, they just want your money and to hold on to it as long as they can. Would've even loved the owner to reach out and ask me what's wrong with the purchase, no. Complete shutdown once they receive payment. Please don't waste your money and time going here, and if they insult you I would hope you speak up for yourself unlike how we didn't!

The only direct question we were asked was, "So are you buying the dress or not?" which felt abrupt and uncomfortable. The store layout didn't help.
