My wedding was in Reno, NV. and…read moreI found out that I didn't have any table runners and chair covers for my reception and was getting no help from my wedding coordinator in Reno. My wedding coordinator gave me this horible news on a Sunday, 6 days before my wedding. By the way, it was not an ordinary Sunday, but mothers day Sunday. In a panic (and in tears) I called and emailed Beyond Elegance and several other companies for assistance, pleading my situation, hoping that someone to help me. Diana B. from Beyond Elegance is the only company that responded via email THAT DAY, even if they were closed for mothers day, and was willing to provide me with what I needed, rush order, in time for my wedding. The customer service offered and professionalism was above and beyond what any bride could ever expect. I highly recommend this company and suggest you give them more lead time than I did for even better service.

The communication was very prompt and friendly; however, the hats I received had a different color logo. I was told they did not have the approved color that our trade marked logo utilizes, but was not told that up front for either order. They were very understanding and prompt and offered to send reprinted logo stickers to apply myself; however, would be at my expense for expedited shipping. This would not have been so bothersome had I not already experienced this type of service the first time around, which I had considered a one-off. The staff is so friendly, but when working with multi-million dollar capital projects and donors there isn't room for anything but perfection.

Hidden in a strip mall by Merle Hay Mall with the entrance in the back, Jeannie's Bottle is a full service bar/karaoke spot. I have not been here a couple times. The place is pretty bright for a karaoke spot, but the sound is pretty good, and they have wireless mics. They have 20 ounce brews for 4 bucks and cheap mix drink specials on a Saturday night! The bartenders were sweet and the Karaoke Dj was awesome. I heard everything from screamo, to country, to Elvis.. I was a little bummed out cause a guy did Born to Run, right after I got there... That's my karaoke go to.. But oh well. A super fun spot for a night out with the gang.
