I only wish I could give them a big "O" that is how bad their service is. The business has been sold to Front Row and I will NEVER use them again. When Kimberly owned the company they were a pleasure to work with for every event we managed for our clients. The event we just managed was a HUGE Grand Opening and invitation to new vendors of a $100 M new plant by a major corporate client. The Red Bows came in a smashed box and looked as bad as the box. When I sent photos and asked for new ones, Savannah Archambault, VP of Finance stated "Apologies for the slight damage from transit - looks like the bows could still be slightly primped". To top things off, the ceremonial scissors were nothing like the ones we had purchased at other times. When I stated that I was returning them the message was "I am sorry to hear that these are not what you wanted. However, we won't be able to process a refund for the scissors should you choose to return them." read more
