I was in Des Moines for a wedding this past weekend, and Keo's helped me out big time. I was…read morerenting a tuxedo from one of those start-up tuxedo-rental companies, which does everything over the web and via FedEx, and ran into some sizing issues earlier in the week. The tux company forgot to mail my replacement tux until Thursday afternoon, which meant they would have to overnight it to my hotel in Des Moines (I live in Chicago). I tried the tux on as soon as I checked into the hotel on Friday, and the sleeves were still too long. So, I looked up the closest tailor, which led me to Keo's. I called up Keo at about 3:30pm on Friday, was in the store by 3:40pm and out by 3:45pm, giving me just enough time to make the wedding rehearsal at 4:15pm. Keo said it would be no problem for me to pick up the tux on Saturday morning at 10am, and when I did the next morning, it fit perfectly. Thanks to Keo, the tuxedo looked great. I was thoroughly impressed by the friendliness, timeliness and quality tailoring work. Keo did all of this on short notice -- I bet he's even better on a longer timeline.

She was very clear through the process and explained exactly what she was going to do, and helped me decide what kind of bustle I wanted. She also delivered my dress on the morning of my wedding to the venue while we were getting ready so I didn't have to worry about transporting it or steaming it at all, as well as left clear written instructions for my bridesmaids on how to bustle my dress after the ceremony. I would book with her again in a heartbeat and I have recommended her to all my friends!
