I was very wrong, as for men the only options they have are 5 suits in the entryway of the shop. The owner was the one helping me and my mother, to which we had to ignore all her sly comments throughout and making us feel dumb because what we were looking for "just isn't a thing." A cream colored dress shirt isn't a thing? Anyways.. We end up picking the suit right off a picture basically, nothing custom or changed about it, we were settling at this point. Paid, left. Still felt very unhappy, so one hour later we arrived at a different suit store, had exactly everything I wanted and more, they were astounded to hear the story about bridal connections, said they have frequently heard complaints about them. Purchased the exact suit I wanted and everything down to the shoes. Paid $60 less, and called to get a refund from bridal connections maybe 2 hours since leaving their store. Bridal connections told us NO refund, even though they haven't ordered the suit or sent the work order in yet, we still don't get a refund since we already paid for it. She cancelled the paperwork, and told me I'm out of luck bud. We are disputing the charge with our bank of course since no service was performed or received. Overall sorry for the long book I just wrote, I would HIGHLY recommend shopping at any other place , at least for suits. This is a MONEY GRAB and a SLIMEY way for a "small business" to do business. The insults we received, the terrible quality suits and small amount of options, they just want your money and to hold on to it as long as they can. Would've even loved the owner to reach out and ask me what's wrong with the purchase, no. Complete shutdown once they receive payment. Please don't waste your money and time going here, and if they insult you I would hope you speak up for yourself unlike how we didn't!

This was the second bridal shop I had tried to find a wedding dress (something I wasn't even convinced I really wanted). That was until I met Katie in a last minute Saturday morning try on appointment with my future mother-in-law in attendance. She was very friendly, straight forward & made this visit effortless. The experience was comfortable and felt undemanding. What surprised me is; I got a dress that 100% loved on the hanger but was not what I thought I wanted AT ALL! However; when I put it on, I just absolutely loved how fun & unique it was! I'm glad Katie was so honest and had me try on different styles to rule some out. My only hope is that I can convince my fiancé to come try on tux's. I would recommend this business to anyone! Side note; this was an old bank & the vault inside is super cool.

They have some amazing dresses and are definitely worth the time and effort to go through them. I ordered my dresses right before Thanksgiving for my wedding and was given an arrival estimate of 12 weeks. Perfect. More than enough time for altering. 12 weeks came. 12 weeks went. 13. 14. Ashley took a lot of her time to track down my dresses - sitting on a loading dock in California and then in Dallas TX - due to a shipping strike! Couldn't believe it. She was so apologetic and kept me in the loop on everything so I was never wondering what was going on or where my dresses were. She was absolutely on top of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better advocate for me and my bridal party! The dresses came in on time and looked gorgeous. Everybody loved their dresses and I was SO pleased. She really took the time to get to know me and get to know what my style preferences were and understood what I needed to be able to not get overwhelmed by the options they had. She even let us go past my appointment end time because we were stuck between three options and put me back in each one to see if it could help me narrow it down and it absolutely did. When ordering the dress, staff got my color wrong and almost ordered the wrong dress. luckily I caught it. Then told me the dress wasn't out of stock 1 day after telling me there were 3 left in stock. I knew this had to be a mistake and ended up having to talk to 3 different staff members before they could find the correct dress in stock. Now it's a month before my wedding and my wedding dress is literally falling apart at the seams. This should not be happening on a $2,000 dollar dress. I called the store to see what could be done and was informed that nothing could be done and I have to pay to get it fixed myself. As the lady on the phone told me this she did not sound sorry at all and was rather quite rude about it. I am not a fan of people who call businesses just to yell. So I calmly explained the problem and asked what could be done. Imagine my surprise when they informed me they would do nothing about the $2,000 dress falling apart. It was no longer their problem. Be aware that you will be controlled by the sales team. You are not allowed to take ANY photos of any dresses unless you put money down to pay for it. You are not allowed to try on more than five dresses and you are not allowed to look for yourself through their inventory. They choose your dress. They tell you what you want. They tell you when you've found "the" dress. You're not even allowed to wear shoes in the store. Absolutely crazy. Family is not allowed to take pictures and you end up buying a dress almost without your own consent. It's almost like mind control the way they talk fast, move quick and leave no room for you to even think about what you're getting or offer your own opinions. On top of this, I was sold a dress with misaligned buttons that they refused to fix. You will be nickel and dimed here - and will even have to pay for your garment bag when you leave with your dress. Very classless, overstimulating, underwhelming experience. I did walk away with a dress but honestly, had I been given a moment to think and had I been able to see myself in pictures, I would have chosen differently. I would never recommend this place to a bride because I believe that experience should be fun and peaceful, not an opportunity to be "sold" by fast talking car salespeople that just want a tip.
