I had gone…read moreto another local bridal store before, and felt completely at home the minute I walked into Schaffer's. You are greeted immediately and taken upstairs to get a tour and have you and your loved ones look through and pick out some favorite gowns. I worked with Kimberly, and she was so attentive and thoughtful. I never felt pressured once and she was a seasoned expert. She knew exactly what to add to the gown (straps, belt) and took my feedback and what I liked and adapted throughout the appointment. I felt so supported and beautiful the ENTIRE time. The gown selection was one of the best I have seen, and they had a wide variety of sizes which I appreciated to really see how the gown will look in real life. The dresses are split up by price point, making it very easy to stay within your budget going into it. I cannot wait for my gown to come in! I love that they have in house alterations to ensure your gown looks absolutely perfect once it arrives.

This caused crowding even though the store wasn't very busy. Prom dress shopping should be exciting. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't.
