When my parents came to visit recently, we stopped by Emerhoff's Footwear to get me a new pair of sneakers (mine had holes in the heels) and also to find a solid pair of shoes for my upcoming internship. The service was amazing--from the wide selection and quality brands to the genuinely helpful staff. I was able to try on a bunch of different sneakers until I found the right pair. Then, when it came to the work shoes, they helped me test out insoles and different fits until we found something that worked perfectly. A special shoutout to Chloe--she went above and beyond. They ordered the work shoes in for me, and instead of making me pay a ridiculous shipping fee to get them to my dorm, Chloe personally delivered them. Amazing service and knowledge of their customer base, I am proud to say that they value quality and service in high regard. This was the second used car in row that was a POS and needed engine too soon after purchase. Not feasible at time to buy new it was either another used car crap-shoot or buy used engine. Since I tried both small and large dealerships with same results decided to try luck at buying an engine. Our mechanic found engine online at Carney & Sons with around 50K mileage for very reasonable price. The delivery charge to Des Moines was also quite reasonable and even delivered the short week of Thanksgiving. The reason waited so long to review is that wanted to ensure engine lived up to expectation. No longer have Camry but the engine worked flawlessly and provided great piece of mind. Finally made used car decision that paid off in long run. Email and phone support was prompt, courteous and transaction was smooth no issues whatsoever. Thanks again.
