Not going to lie though... I liked the Gilbert space a bit better. Nothing wrong with the Nevada location; they are still working on getting settled so it may turn out just as nice in the long run, That being said... It's the the same great staff and same great selection. If you don't like dust this is the place for you. Always clean. Prices are reasonable and items range from smalls to beautiful handcrafted furniture. Definitely worth the trip to check this spot out if you are a treasure hunter!

Ashley took a lot of her time to track down my dresses - sitting on a loading dock in California and then in Dallas TX - due to a shipping strike! Couldn't believe it. She was so apologetic and kept me in the loop on everything so I was never wondering what was going on or where my dresses were. She was absolutely on top of everything. When my parents came to visit recently, we stopped by Emerhoff's Footwear to get me a new pair of sneakers (mine had holes in the heels) and also to find a solid pair of shoes for my upcoming internship. The service was amazing--from the wide selection and quality brands to the genuinely helpful staff. I was able to try on a bunch of different sneakers until I found the right pair. Then, when it came to the work shoes, they helped me test out insoles and different fits until we found something that worked perfectly. A special shoutout to Chloe--she went above and beyond. They ordered the work shoes in for me, and instead of making me pay a ridiculous shipping fee to get them to my dorm, Chloe personally delivered them. Amazing service and knowledge of their customer base, I am proud to say that they value quality and service in high regard. Huge thanks to both Chloe and the store owner for the top-notch service, not just during the purchase, but all the way through until the shoes were in my hands. It's a little dusty and cluttered...you can browse from a little bit of a distance or you can do a little bit of digging. Whichever your preference is. Make sure you pay attention to the sale sign posted on the wall as you walk in past the front counter. When we were there it was 50% off of items tagged after a certain date. The owners are personable and friendly. A definite place to make a stop by if you are into thrifting and are in the Ellsworth IA area!
