You have to make a right in the strip mall before you hit the Italian restaurant. We arrived late, but she was still pleasant. My boyfriend and I scheduled back to back massages. There was a nice waiting area by the front, so it was comfortable. I told Coretta that I liked deep pressure and that I had a lot of tension in my neck and back. She went to work and boy oh boy did I feel my muscles fighting her. She worked on my arms, calves and ankles, back, neck, head, and glutes. She asked if I was comfortable throughout the massage and I always appreciate that. I usually like my feet massaged but I suspect she ran out of time after working on all the knots in my neck and back. I later learned that she didn't massage my boyfriend's feet either, so maybe she doesn't massage feet. The office is clean and welcoming. She has a white noise machine and background music. The massage table was very comfortable and I was perfectly warm by the blankets. Coretta was very professional and has a lot of strength for those that like deep pressure. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). He took the time to thoroughly explain not just what he was installing, but why, and went above and beyond by educating us on generator best practices, including important dos and don'ts for safe operation. Scheduling was simple, he was very accommodating to our availability, and his work was fast yet meticulous.
