Eric was punctual, efficient and did a beautiful job making our carpets look like new! Pricing was reasonable.

**SKIP, Blue Ribbon rug cleaning. look elsewhere. Disappointing because I could have saved myself the money and just cleaned the rug myself. But, on initial phone conversations letting Mr. Leone know what I have and again when got here, I opened up the rug, laying it in the yard to clearly display the issues of the rug. Mr. Leone and I had a conversation about the job before he left with my rug. He did say he could not get it back to the color at the center of the rug, fair enough, but he did say that it would be pretty close. So, it was full disclosure of expectations at the very beginning. Again, I understood that getting it to match the middle was not 100% possible, yet, looking at the rug now, we are discussed that you delivered it back with a straight face. **SKIP, Blue Ribbon rug cleaning. I had hopes because he was a ' professional ' that the results would have surpassed my own efforts. It did not. After a full month of my rug being in his possession. The rug he returned is mehhh if not worse. Little changed except for the extra soap left in the rug fibers, the original traffic dark dirt, a lighter shade of dark, same stains on the back plus some new ones--all left behind in the rug--- not so much changed from when he left with the rug on the 12th of November today being December 13. The rug feels like there is a lot of dried soap still sitting in the rug. How do I know what soap feel like in fabric, 40 years of washing. ---- As soon as the newly worked on shag rug was opened in the day light, my husband and I all stared at the rug in silence. ----Then the excuses started leaking out of Mr. Leone. Namly he was 'afraid of the glue.' The rug is woven. The rug is a cotton polly blend. *Whatever dude, (glue) you did a very poor job on my rug *** professional my foot. **heavy sigh** I am storing this rug open to the air and waiting until the weather gets hot again. I will do as he did and except, I will rinse the rug well, without using soap, on my patio concrete slab. Rinse it again and again lifting out the remaining dried dirty soapy water at the base of the rug fibers-- then suck up the excess water with a shop vac or rent something at Homedepot. He got paid in cash; I even wished him 'Merry Christmas.' He turned without a word and walked across my lawn back to his white van in the street and left. I texted to him a photo of the rug he 'worked' on, saying it still looked the same. At this typing, no reply. read more

Eric does great work, is thorough and conscientious. Always can count on him to do a wonderful job. He was even able to remove a terrible spot in my main living area that was BBQ sauce and grease. Many thanks, Eric! read more

Gentleman was friendly and did a very good job. He got stains off the carpet where the dog had peed.

Removed pet urine smell from my carpet. Quick response and good communication. A quality carpet cleaning company. He knows what he's doing and didn't try to upsell me products. As of this review, it's been three weeks since my carpets were cleaned and no smell of pet odor. Very happy with the service. read more

Was early and professional and straight forward. did a great job. Was able to get the stains out, fast and efficient He has my business now

This is the second time I have scheduled an appointment on line with no response. I called the first time after no response from on line appointment request. He did show up late, however the carpet cleaning was satisfactory. The second on line appointment request made months in advance also had no response. Therefore I called weeks in advance, spoke to Eric and he scheduled my appointment on the phone. On the date of the appointment he was a no call, no show. I called again, spoke to Eric, He said he did not have me scheduled. I was very upset as I was expecting guests for Thanksgiving. This is not good business practice and I will not be using this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. read more

Haven't had carpeting in my home for years until we moved here from out of state. It had been a year since we moved in with our 2 dogs. Guest room carpet needed some stretching as it was lumpy but still in excellent shape. Had a a queen size sofa cleaned and treated as well as 2 area rugs. Eric did a great job and my carpets, rugs, and sofa look very clean! Will be calling him back to clean our tile floors next! read more

Great service! Cleaning was done quickly and all of the pet stains and bad odors are GONE! Make sure you pay the small amount of extra money for deodorization - it's totally worth it. Will absolutely use them in the future. read more

We highly recommend this company. It was cheaper than the others, and Gary did a much better job than our previous cleaners. Our carpet was pretty bad from our senior rescue dogs, and now it looks brand new. Gary was friendly, professional, efficient, and did a fabulous job. We're customers for life now. read more

Blue Ribbon did a phenomenal job on our carpets! They communicated well, they were very careful and detailed, the price was more than fair, and he is local. Would definitely use them again. read more

I had gotten oil-based black oil field gunk and drilling mud on my new off-white, baby blue, mint green and light turquoise rug and Erik was able to get it out with no problems. He was communicative and able to come on short notice and his price was very reasonable for the excellent service he provided. He is obviously very knowledgeable and treats the rug/carpet based on the problem, not one-size-fits-all. I called several rug/carpet cleaners and he was the most inquisitive about the problem and determining the solution. I DEFINITELY recommend his services and will use him exclusively again. EXCELLENT SERVICE QUALITY! read more
