First off, we didn't buy our tile from them because we found a fantastic deal at Lowe's, but they were willing to install the tile anyways--not every flooring place is willing to do that. Trust me, we shopped around for labor quotes and got told several times that we had to buy the tile from a flooring company or they wouldn't install it. Floor Barn was great and willing to work with us. They didn't have the cheapest quote, but they were local and had great reviews, so we decided to give them a shot. We are so glad we did! Don and the team are all true professionals. Of the four contractors we had working in the house, Floor Barn was the only one that we didn't have a single issue with. They did their work quickly and with high quality workmanship. We were so pleased with the installation that we will definitely use them again! I can't recommend them enough--give them your business!

I reached out to the community looking for a recommendation and was given this guy's number. We went through the whole process of getting a quote, signing a contract and then paid $600 upfront to cover cost of supplies. The day he was supposed to come he was a no show and very hard to reach. When I did reach him he'd say just enough to settle my worries and keep me hopeful. Day2 after moving around plans etc to wait on him yet again, he went from 20 mins away to dropping something off at another site to a no show. And now never returning my calls or texts. Turns out it's his girlfriend who recommended him. I am so disgusted, my husband works hard to provide for our family, and this guy ripped us off a week before Thanksgiving! I am left having to come up with even more money that I don't even have to get my project finished as it is a serious safety concern. I did reach out and ask for our money back, or at the very least the materials, but unfortunately he is no longer answering me. I do not like leaving bad reviews but I hope I can save someone else from going through this, maybe he'll even reach out and resolve this
