The next day I called and set up my appointment to get my carpets cleaned for between 10-11 the following Friday. Thursday they called to confirm my time. Friday morining at 9:06 I get a call telling me that I was beyond the 30 miles so they were not going to come clean my carpet. Less than an hour before my appointment time I get this call.
